I came in tonight having problems with my phone. Aimee helped me, took extra time to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with my new phone! She really went the extra mile!!!!! She applied my new screen saver and it looks great!!!!! I would highly recommend her, and the service she gives to her clients. I am leaving AT&T a very happy customer this evening! Thank you Aimee it was nice to meet you and I really appreciate all you did for me.

Visited the store because I had questions, wanted to activate a new line. Dimitri was great! Excellent customer service and great positive attitude. He not only helped us with what we came in for, but he also helped lower our monthly bill. Had come to this store in the past and had bad experiences. Glad they cleaned it up and placed a person in charge that cares about his job. Good job Dimitri and AT&T!

Great customer service! Employees are very helpful and friendly have never experienced anything like it. Loved the vibe. The store was super clean! I really enjoyed my experience there. That’s going to be the only AT&T store I go to aslong as the same employees are there and/or the experience and vibe remains the same. Keep it up!

Great customer service from Aimee. Very kind . Great on giving clear instructions. Also by changing my plan to unlimited decreased my monthly billing. Great savings . Best of all she has a eye for style & color. Love the choices she put together for me. Love it.

My experience with Aimee at AT&T this evening was very great. I enjoyed out working with Aimee. She transferred the information over from my S7 phone to my S9 phone and she stayed late to help me and I really appreciate it. It is just so hard to find good people like Aimee that is so considerate and take out the time with a little old lady like Billy.I really enjoyed it and in if you could please give her a raise and just glorify her would her goodness. The Lord is so good that he does have good people in the world like this. I really appreciate it AT&T thank you for your services again this is Billie Scott Apollon.

Honestly, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had! Donny goes all out to ensure every customer has a great experience at his store. He's very friendly, knowledgeable about his products and will not steer you wrong. He truly looks out for his customers. I took my new phone into the AT@T store to have activated, I was assisted by Aimee at the Moreno Valley store on Moreno Beach drive. I have had three other people try to assist me with my phone issues. Aimee had more knowledge than the others and she was able to rectify all of my questions and issues with the phone. I was and am very impressed with her ability and knowledge. Thank you Aimee so much.

Very satisfied with the customer service! The amazing Aimee help me and took good care of me in assisting with my new iPhone 12 pro max and accessories and even helped with my screen protector. Definitely a 5+ star recommendation!

Aimee gave me outstanding service, better than another AT&T store and Walmart combine. What took 2 weeks of trying to get my issue fixed, took less than half hour by Aimee! I recommend her 110%. Thank You Aimee, you made my week! Her store is by Walmart on Moreno Beach Drive.

Though these two employees at this store will no longer be there as they are being moved to an ATT store off of Iris, these two employees were extremely helpful in getting us set up for ATT service. they help us with inserting the new sims card. We told them if we need to visit Att store again, it will be the one they were being moved too. ATT have really excellent employess as far as my wife and i are concerned

Aimee was extremely helpful when buying a new cell phone. She was patient and helped me set up two of my devices. I recommend coming to this ATT store as it was a very nice and fast experience.

Donny has been the best specialist I have ever dealt with. He helps me in matters that usually would require me to drive to the store, but he just tells me to send him a text message and he helps me that way; which saves me a lot of gas, and a lot of time. I really appreciate all of his help, he is a huge asset to your team.

The manager Donny is absolutely amazing. We came in to see if we could fix a problem with a iPhone. Not only COULD HE DO WHAT APPLE COULDN'T but we ended up getting new phones. He spent most of the afternoon fixing everything for us. Words cannot describe how helpful he was with all he did!! If your ever needing anything done with AT&T I highly recommend coming and seeing him!! From now on he will be our go to guy with everything AT&T related. And if your ever coming from Costco bring him a churro. Trust me, you won’t regret your visit!!

Came into this store back in December looking to switch from Sprint, cause you know, Sprint is mehhh. I just wanna say that Aimee was such a huge help in switching me. Greeted me with a smile(yes u can tell from under a mask), and came with professionalism as well as courtesy. Hooked me up with a iPhone 12 Pro Max. Thank you again Aimee. I have never had such awesome service at an AT &T store as I received from Donny at this store. He gave us so much insight to the various phones, and services. I recommend everyone stop by and visit this store if you’re an AT&T customer. I’m glad I wasn’t ignored as I have been at other stores. One loyal customer.

One of the best experiences I've had in an AT&T store ever. Chris was very helpful with my bill problem and explain it to me in a way I could easily understand. When it's time for me or my family to get a new phone I will only come to this store
