Duck Thru

I had the pork chop meal, 🤤, I will dream of this food the rest of my life amazing 🤩, the staff also very friendly and helpful 🙂, very high quality food for reasonable price 🙂

Best truck stop in the area there food and customer service is unmatched and the managers are very polite and friendly.

Glad someone took time to invest in this place. It appears to be in the middle of nowhere. No other restuarants in sight.

Amazing people and great food

Just stopped to fill up my truck like I always do. Was getting my free drink like always. I mix different flavors and then add a few splashes of the frozen drink because it makes it taste even better. I've been doing for years. Today a lady named Doris was working the register and started yelling "wrong cup". I didn't think it was directed at me at 1st because it was really crowded. but she kept yelling louder and louder and LOUDER. I told her I'm gonna pay for this cup but she just kept yelling and said I couldn't pay for it because it's the WRONG CUP. I was totally embarrassed. Now I could have been really nasty back to her but I did not. I threw the entire drink in the trash and didn't say anything else. I had just spent over 500 dollars on fuel and this lady wouldn't let me pay for a Styrofoam cup. What sense does that make. Plus she was loud and ignorant. I buy fuel at this store at least twice a week. From now on if she's there, I will not. I'll spend my money somewhere else. Not at a Duck Thru!

Good food but slooowwww service and rude staff.

Worse attitudes ever!!!d Then they take the phone off the hook been trying to call for an hour!! They need better management someone who doesn't mind doing their job without an attitude

Husband and kids stopped into the Duck Thru and received breakfast. If that’s what you want to call it. The chicken sausage biscuit was hard and burned at the bottom. They should have never served that sausage being that hard. Next the pork chop biscuit was dried out and the biscuit again was burnt. They can see and feel the food that they send out. It tells a lot about the people that work there. If they wouldn't eat it why service it.

Reluctantly went in today to grab something to eat fast. Lol no such luck there. Waited several minutes to be waited on which is about normal for this place . As I was waiting to pay I quietly cleared my throat into my sleeve. The cashier felt the need to call me out for "coughing" which was not the case. The place smelled like a gym locker room but she called me out for clearing my throat lol. Lost my business for good!

I must say lately this place has really been a disappointment, What place of business really stops cooking at 8:30 pm? You’ve never seen a Taco Bell, or a McDonald’s, ETC stop serving customers at 8:30... What kind of place of business is this? A DISAPPOINTMENT. I have been up there multiple times at night and they have refused to take my service.. they even take the phone off the hook around 8 something so no one can place a order...

If I could give 0 stars I would! The service here for the deli SUCKS they do not care what kind of food they are giving you... they need more employees that actually care and let the sorry ones go!

This store dont have fresh coffee at 6 til 7 in the morning. The workers in the kitchen don't want to take your order, except Nellie. Most in the kitchen is ignoring customers standing right there. They dont answer the phone. At the counter to much socialing. On one day your employee was eating at the counter.

I'm very disappointed in the support that I did not get from the duck thru location at the Lewiston Woodville store. I was there a few hours ago seeking small paper bags. I told the lady at the register that I know that they may not be able to sell me all that I need but any amount would be appreciated which was 80 bags. They had stacks of paper bags the tiny paper bags and I asked if I could buy some for my nursing facility where I work so that we can use those bags to keep our face mask in so we can safely reuse our mask at work. I was very disappointed. When the young lady came from the back because she had to talk to her manager and ask if it was OK to sell me some bags. Actually hear the manager rudely say no we're not selling any paper bags. But that's OK, God was with me and lead me gracefully out of that store and, I went to a hardware store and I ordered one order of bags was $26.00 for 500 bags. After I told them the story of what happen at the duck thru in Lewiston.. A very sweet young lady. Gave the cashier $15 towards my purchase of those paper bags. I have planting a seed and showing how my God is awesome he can bless you in so many ways you don't know it. I hope the rude manager whoever he was does not have any family being taken care of right now by any nursing staff who may potentially have a mask which could be contaminated and using with their family member. May God-bless the young lady who donated towards my purchase of paper bags who am buying out of my own pocket to help care for our residents and staff. You would think that I could at least buy them from the store like any other merchandise in the store. Or least explain to me how I can get some bags. I was too tired and disappointed to beg for them. The bags are just as essential as the Clorox bleach wipes and santizer and other items that we need it to care for our residents. Will never come to the store again after stopping by there many days on my way to work. BTW we can not use any plastic bags due to Bacteria building on the masks.

For over a year now I have been having problems with this one employee.. Everytime I go in there she has an ought against me ..she either fix my food and don't call my number to get it or she leave the ticket off the order purposely.. one day I waited about 15 minutes for 4hotdogs cAuse she purposely put my ticket on the table Infront of the hotdogs.. I had to wait for one of the employee to come off break to fixs my hotdogs.. this is an Everytime Thing when I order by the same employee...her name is Melvis the girl with the gap in the teeth..she needs to be address cause it happens over and over.. thank you.. that's enough to cause fights and disturbance in the work place... She's the reason I gave the store one star .. and this is discrimination in the work place!!
