Best service experience I have ever had when buying scrubs! From the time I entered the store, Kate R greeted me and gave a total service! I told her what I wanted and she delivered well over what she had to do. So thankful I drove the distance. I definitely will be back!!!

Kate made our trip to the SS store so easy for us to pick out scrubs! She was also very prompt at emailing me the quotes and getting them ordered.

Kate R was outstanding, exceptional, an absolute GEM!!!!! Give that woman a raise, STAT!

My first visit to Scrub Identity Greenwood was amazing and it’s all thanks to Kate R! I am very shy and introverted with the added bonus of social anxiety, so I always say “No thank you!” when an associate asks if I need help- even if I DO need help. So I know I give off that vibe and most of the time, it works and throws up a wall and the associate leaves it at that… but Kate knew how to get around it! She wasn’t pushy or annoying, she was kind, genuine, warm, communicative, relatable- I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her! She broke the ice by asking about my job, then recommended a brand that pet hair doesn’t stick to! While I did like that brand, I did not like the lack of pockets (am a pocket fiend lol) but, honestly, I feel bad for not going with her suggestion because she was so lovely!

I came to Scrub Identity because my place of employment has an account with them and purchases our first few sets, but I will absolutely be a return customer well after the scrub vouchers run out! 😊🖤

Let me start with I hate shopping and I really dread going to find scrubs. I was instantly helped by Kaleigh, letting her know what I was used to wearing. She directed me to a similar style/material scrub and I loved them. Kayleigh and Kari made this such a great ex]experience. I walked out with new scrubs in a short amount of time and actually had fun shopping there !!! I highly recommend them for all your scrub needs. They really know what customer service is and I love this place ..

I had such an amazing first experience at Scrub Identity on the southside. Kate was incredible She greeted me with the most friendly attitude. She was so knowledgeable and stood by my side to answer all questions I had. Such high quality scrubs as well!! Will 100% be going back to Scrub Identity.

I have been to this store a couple of times now and both times Kate helped me find the cutest, most comfortable scrubs and shoes ever. The selection is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. I drive over an hour out of the way to come here and will continue to do so. Thank you so much Kate!

Wide selection of colors and sizes. Depending on the company you work for you're discounted. Excellent customer service. Everyday discounts. Must check-out 50% rack. If you desire it...just ask and Kate will find/order it for you. #BESTEXPERIENCEEVER!!!

This was my first time here and it was a 10/10 experience! Kenz was very helpful, attentive, and sweet! I appreciate her guidance on shoe recommendations and how kind she was about ensuring I got items that I loved. I definitely will be returning for more and love supporting small businesses :)

Staff was helpful, professional and friendly. The store was clean and offers a large variety of scrubs & shoes. I was gifted a piece of DeBrand chocolate for shopping local and she called me by name when she thanked me as I was leaving. Great experience!

This was my 1st time in the store. I was impressed by the selection of items. McKenzie helped me out and was knowledgeable about the differences in the shoes that were in stock. She took the time to talk to me and see what I really needed. I was in a competitor's store earlier and was not even acknowledged even though I was one of only two customers. I'll keep going back to Scrub Identity.

Loved my shopping experience today! The stylist was great! She helped me pick everything thing out and offered to get me different sizes if needed. Best scrub shopping experience I’ve had. I’ll be back!

I stopped in to look around a couple of days ago. While they didn’t have the style that I usually wear, they had great selection. The associate Kate was so helpful that I wanted to take the time to say how much I appreciated her help finding something new. The store is very nice and organized well.

I was really disappointed.. that I didn't budget more for my first shopping trip!!! This place is so stinking cute and they have SO MUCH STUFF! not to mention the gal who helped me today was soooo sweet!! Can't wait to come back!

This place is amazing! All the times I went here, the two ladies up front would always help me pick the right scrubs that matched me well! They have such a nice vibe, are fun to talk to, and they have good taste in the clothes to pick. You gotta shop here, I fully recommend it!
