Great service!
Helped as soon as my turn came up. Answered every question I had, heard my needs not only with a great attitude but with a smile.
Best expression iv had at an Atnt store in a while.

We are new customers at Att after being with the competitor for 13 years. We had a problem with the phones we ordered on line. Cumar was more than happy to resolve our issue. Very happy with being able resolve the issue in person. I am very pleased with the customer service at Att. Marc was our installer for the internet he was very thorough and patient.

Carly was AMAZING! We walked in with a list of changing lines and adding lines, etc. She dealt with it all while laughing and having great convo between. I highly recommend her when you go! She made the time there not seem so long, we walked out happy

Terrence was absolutely awesome!!! I live in Mishawaka and there are 2 stores closer to me than this one, but I will drive the 20 minutes to this store everytime I need help.

Tracy helped me solve all of my problems today. He is absolutely amazing!!! Great costumer setvice!!!

Came to the AT&T store located in Niles Michigan for a problem I've been trying to solve for the past month and a half I was waited on by a gentleman by the name of Scott he was so helpful is unbelievable he resolved my issues and my problems within 15 minutes I'm very satisfied with the AT&T service I read I'm sorry received here I will continue to be your customer thank you

I went in with a phone that the sound would not work and Terrence was kind enough to help me with my problem. The service was very fast and we were able to come to a solution to help with my problem.

We had the best customer care from a young lady by the name of Carley(I think). She was very kind, thorough, and informative.

Tracy did a good job for us on a long over due upgrade. Very thankful.

Just a recommendation as I fly into O’Hare international terminal—- put some kiosks out there so that those of us getting off the plane can get our data or lines quickly to be up and running instead of relying on airport Wi-Fi. This has to be a money maker.
