Not bad messed up my food one time didn't get my sausage on my McGriddle. But that happens. Still very good.

I never thought I would be giving this location a 5-star review, but after mulling it over I realize there really isn't much for me to complain about here. I think it's fair to preface with some context, as we typically only eat here between 9:30 AM-11:30 AM; I know this is important because the staff working can have a heavy hand in food quality. I've honestly never had a bad meal here, and have only had one or two negative experiences with staff that weren't a big deal. I'm a huge Filet-O-Fish fan, and my husband typically orders several different sandwiches off the menu but is VERY picky and often asks for "no this" or " please add that". To our pleasant surprise they always get the order correct and in a timely fashion, which always shocks us because at most other places we just assume and accept they won't add or remove what's been asked. Most of the time we eat here the food is hot and fresh, so I have nothing negative to say about the quality either! All in all, I've had better experiences here than I have at several other fast food joints- even ones I like better or prefer.

I just want to thank the morning crew at Niles for such wonderful service this morning. The young lady at the speaker was so nice and the smiles from the crew this morning isn't something that you see very often. You all made my day ❤. Thank you management for hiring young people who treat their job and customers like we aren't a burden. Great job Niles 😁

After leaving Levels Cannabis we went to McDonald’s and I order the Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel! Now let me tell you, this was my first time trying this and OMG the wait was worth it, that first bite the fresh warm bagel, the tender steak, when the egg hit oh lord, and the sauce omfg the sauce! All I’m thinking is I know the General Manager is in there rn! 5⭐

Ordered nuggets and a basket of fries. Best nuggets I've ever had from any McDonald's. Usually they're rubbery and gross these were nice and crispy and the basket of fries was way bigger than the one in SB. Not sure what they do differently but I hope they keep doing it.

This time it was fast service good burger and the fries ordered without salt they were the freshest I've had
from there

Glad they eliminated the outer drive thru lane. Much easier to get thru now & no upset drivers.

Nice place to have a quick bite, friendly service. The one small young black dude was freeking awesome. I think he was the only one even working that day. He ran! I mean literally ran orders out and still, asked everyone in the building if they were okay and comfortable. I'm sure I saw him run in and out about 12 times in about 15 minutes or so. Staff is nice and unbothered by you asking for something. Pretty clean environment.

You normally never have to wait long, staff is friendly and so willing to help make things right.

These guys always bust butt to make sure eating here is enjoyable. Food is always hot and they get my order right. Clean and tidy. Always stocked. Bathrooms are super clean and stocked. Lots of room.

Everything was fresh and correct. The people who took our order and served our food were so polite!

We go to Niles a lot to get their coffee, always fresh and good service.

Super friendly staff, never had a problem at this location.

I had the quarter pounder with cheese, fried and frozen coke, it was the BEST burger I've ever eaten at McDonald's EVER!! It must be new and believe me you'll love it! Way to go McDonald's!!

Fast service and they helped to satisfy 2 hungry toddlers 5 mins. Before breakfast was over im so greatful they helped my two kiddos out with some good and fresh chicken nuggets and fries

If they would just keep Shamrock shakes year around, I would be one happy McCamper!! 😁

Great service this morning. Everything was hot and fresh.

The workers are quick and efficient. The double check your order and they read off what was ordered before they hand you your food!

Got Happy Meals for my daughter and niece. Friendly employees and fast service. Not fast food, good food quickly
