My store associate in Lapeer was excellent! She made sure I was finding exactly what I was looking for, or the closest to my preference and she took my picks up to the counter so I could continue shopping unhindered. Great experience! Bought 4 pairs of shoes

The salesperson with me was excellent. She helped me try on shoes. We looked at the different styles. I bought two pairs of Brooks, one pair of Clarks and three bundles of socks. One of the veterans and two of the Skechers. Excellent excellent. Excellent!!!

My 1st visit - it was amazing. The lady who helped me (forgive me I didn't get her name) was so professional & informative about products. I actually came for 1 pair & got 2 🎉 Happy Birthday to Me

Good variety of styles to choose from...decent prices. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and I was able to find the style of shoe that I was looking for. It's good to have another shoe store in Lapeer that offers more (quality) styles to choose from at a modest price.

My sales person was very kind and understanding. I went in thinking I was going to buy 1 pr of shoes and ended up getting 3 pairs. I had a sore foot and she went out of her way to help me try on the shoes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean store. I was able to find shoes for me and my kids at reasonable prices. They have a good variety of shoes although, I would like to see more wide width shoes. Those were fairly limited. Great experience overall and would recommend.

When I walked in I was surprised with how big the selection was. The saleswomen was very knowledgeable and quick to show me just what I wanted.

I"ve never heard of Shoe Sensation but I'm glad I checked it out. I was greeted and told about the Buy 1 Get 1 50% off which came in handy because I was shopping for shoes for work. I walked out with 2 new pair of shoes for a pleasantly surprising price that will go great with all my business casual attire for work. My daughter was obsessed with the Hey Dudes and I saw a ton of other shoes and boots I liked so we will definitely be regular shoppers!

This was my first visit to Shoe Sensation in Lapeer. The store was very neat and clean. The clerks were very friendly and helpful and the sales were great.

Had the most amazing experience, my first time shopping there. Assistant manager went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shoe to help with foot pain. She is now my shoe angel!

Walked in and asked the young lady if she had a shoe
in a particular size they did not but they were able to order the correct size and have it shipped directly to my home.

I was having a bad day and the ladies at the store made it so much better. They even listened to my sob story as to why I was having a bad day. Great place to go for some retail therapy
