Easily the best place I've ever purchased a vehicle from. Paul and everyone at Thompson Motors was so accommodating and informative. I did not feel like I was being talked down to or pressured into investing in something that wasn't absolutely right for me. I spent the last few weeks visiting countless lots / dealers as I was on the market and needed a car as soon as possible. I'm SO glad I went with my gut and did not take the dive if it didn't feel right. I'd recommend this place to anyone that is in need of a car and wants to be treated with respect and honesty.

The guys at Thompson Motors went the extra mile getting me into my new truck. Paul, Jake, and their whole team were laid back, professional, and made whole process easy and affordable.
They had no problem with me taking the truck I was looking at to my mechanic for an inspection in Ann Arbor. Which gave me the chance to see how it handled. When my mechanic gave it the thumbs up they were willing to work with me to make sure I was satisfied.

Thomson Motors made my first experience from buying from a dealership(have always bought private) a very stress free and exciting experience! Paul was a very nice and down to earth salesman that made the process smooth as can be. I didn’t even realize I was buying from someone I went to school with until I arrived at the dealer after talking with Paul on FB marketplace on a few different occasions. My plates had expired and he rolled the cost into the final price which was something he didn’t have to do. A very professionally owned dealer by a great group of people. Thompson was respectful of me and my budget, and their sales team was exactly what I wanted: helpful, good-natured, and willing to help me with any of the details. They fixed a few minor issues with the car at no cost to me, and made sure they kept me in the loop throughout. I'm very glad to have found them!

Great staff, I recently had my last car totaled and was in the market for a used car. Paul from Thompson Motors was super patient and not at all aggressive in selling me my vehicle. Bought a 2012 Acadia from here today and was absolutely suprised by how I didnt feel pressured like a normal auto dealership. These good folks are laid back and give you all the information you need to make a decision.

I had called the day prior to setup an appointment to take it for a test drive, and they knew who it was and had it all ready to go when I got there.

Highly recommended and long as this Acadia stays running we will absolutely be back if we are ever in need of another vehicle!
