They responded immediately, came out very quickly, (called in the middle of the night when I got skunk bombed 4x in one night, they got back to me within 20 minutes of them opening, then showed up about 30-45 min after that, traps in hand) and left the traps out an extra week when they didn't catch anything for the first week. The skunk had gotten chased under my porch by a dog and might've just ran off before they got there, but before they got there man it made that night stinky and even if they don't catch it I'm grateful for their response time, decent pricing, how easy it is to get ahold of them, and how clearly they explain things. 10/10 will use again if ever needed

Prudential Pest Management is a top-notch pest and insect control and wildlife removal service. It is a locally owned and family operated company. Gary is the owner and is confident, reliable and professional. Sandy is a pleasure to speak with regarding my services and needs. Their services are reasonably priced. They come on time when they say they will and address my issues. They eradicated carpenter bees 🐝 from my deck. They have set traps as you can see I’ve already caught a bunny 🐰 and in a few days they are coming to seal the roof 🏠 to help eradicate bats 🦇 . We heard scratching in our ceiling and it turns out it was bats. Prudential Pest investigated the roof, showed me the evidence and is going to seal off all the entry points for the bats 🦇 and add two bat doors 🚪 for them to escape. Once they have exited, they cannot get back inside your home. A few weeks later, they remove the remaining doors and seal them up and voila, no more bats 🦇 in your belfry. I have utilized their services for years and have referred other friends to them as well who have been extremely happy. If you have pest or wildlife needs, try Prudential Pest Management. I would highly recommend Prudential Pest Management, there employees rock, they where even an hour early, we had Tim, he was awesome went above and beyond made sure we were comfortable, he was very thorough and very knowledgeable and respectful. Definitely call. From management to price you won’t be disappointed.

I had squirrels in my attic having a party and they chewed a hole in my soffit and vents. Mike set traps and caught them. MIKE was great. He was kind. Professional. On time he was an overall great representative for the company. He was honest and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I recommend

Found a huge yellow jacket nest in attic. Called Prudential and they had someone come out the same day. Michael was friendly and professional! Appreciated him explaining what he did to get rid of the bees.

Prudential came out same day to address a yellowjacket nest. Tech Mike was awesome; informative, friendly, and knowledgable. Did a great job of treating the entire property even though I only called for a nest treatment. Hope to not see the evil flyers any time soon, but if I do I know who to call.

Prompt...came to exterminate bees in one day...polite, professional and even went on our roof to show us where bats were coming into the house and attic. First time user and very pleased with them and their follow up and reasonable service!

These guys came right out, and knew what they were doing. I had doubts but they caught a 20 pound pregnant raccoon. She was trying to find a place to have. These guys were so good they caught the raccoon later the same day . I was so amazed, they came out to pick her up the next morning. Thank you Prudential

They eradicated an ant infestation a couple years ago and have now treated for boxelders which plagued me last winter.

Update: they totally eradicated the box elders. Now, one year later, we had that hot day Saturday and the bugs were (inevitably) back. They were here today and I'm sure I won't see another bug until next fall.

Excellent, professional and quick!! From speaking to Sandy on the phone to set up service, to Gary coming out to assist with the traps, service is top notch!! Quickly trapped a groundhog and it was removed within hours. Very satisfied customer!!

Taylor was knowledgeable and courteous. She was able to work around our continuing deck project. She sprayed for wasps & hornets that love our wooden house. If any issues arise, we will let you know. Thanks for hiring great employees.

Absolutely recommend, so nice and professional and provided so much information! I called Thursday night and they were able to come out the next morning!

We have been a monthly customer for the last four years. Prudential Pest Management has helped make our house a nice place to live. We have not seen any carpenter hornets for years, and only a couple carpenter ants and mosquitos.

Since buying my house in 2020, I've had issues with 5 birds, 3 bats, and numerous mice getting into my house. I had called a different company (which charged way more and did ½ the work) to try to eliminate the bat issue, then this winter I had what I believed to be a squirrel trapped in my attic/walls.

Prudential came out, inspected, set live traps and came back multiple times to check the traps. The guys were friendly, knowledgable, and efficient in their work. I'm hoping to get them back to close up a new area opened by the high winds we seem to get in this area and spray for insects.

Update: They came out same day and although it was only supposed to be an inspection, took care of the problem when I had birds that took up residency in an area that had opened in my soffit, AND repaired the soffit panels that were on the verge of coming down (and would probably been blown away) while I was at work. I am so thankful for the wonderful people who work for this company!

They have captured two red squirrels in less than 12 hours of placing the traps. They are great!!

I don't think there are words to describe the effort of this company! They are a family owned business, who has shown me that they will go out of there way to make things easier for the customer.
They work with me to come out when I am home for inside services.
As an additional service they sealed cracks along my foundation and did a good job at that as well.
There have been times that it rained soon after a service and when contacted they didn't hesitate to come back.
I guess I will just say in simple terms " They haven't lost touch with their customer base like big companies do".
From Ms. Sandy who schedules, to the owners pleasant daughter, to the owner himself who has been out and still works in the field, I appreciate the thorough job they do!
