The UPS Store

I was a little hesitant to come to this location because of the reviews, but my experience was quick and pleasant. I was only picking up a package, but the lovely young lady helping me couldn’t have been nicer. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Both employees were Wonderful. Diamond went beyond to help me ship fragile item. She was professional,
patient and courteous . Even with the Christmas rush both employees were courteous to the customers, Seems that all the customers in the stores were pleased with their service.

I was Having problems with the company overall, i had given up, but today Alexis was my hero, super kind, and eager to help, understood all my concerns and went above and beyond to provide great service, did more than she had to, was such a pleasant surprise! there was nothing fake i could tell she genuinely wanted to help, i would love to have her train my employees on customer service! very appreciated!

I absolutely love this UPS store in the woodlands and the staff is always helpful , especially if you have a business they always make sure my packages reach their destinations with no problems!

This UPS store is so much better managed. They have invested in the store and have good competent people working there. I have had a business box since 2001, and it is a good location now.
