The Cheesecake Factory

This was my first time here… 13 year anniversary and instead of Taste of Texas, my wife proposed TCF. It was a solid meal with a very beautiful dining room. I was in awe of the decor!!! Good was a 8 of 10 but I did order the chicken tacos so I probably should have went with a chicken dish instead. My wife went for the Chicken Bellagio and it was amazing! Our starter was the Avocado Tacos and they were spot on solid. I’ll be back but probably not until we have a special occasion, I have so many other places I enjoy that are a lot closer to me.

Our server, Travis, was polite, professional, and made our dinner delightful. The ambient atmosphere made dining there a great experience. We got the Chicken Chipotle Pasta and the Pasta Di Vinci with a slice of Salted Caramel Cheesecake to go! Everything was delicious and this Cheesecake Factory was consistent with The Cheesecake Factory brand everyone knows and loves. It is nice to have the same delightful experience at every Cheesecake Factory restaurant no matter where we go!

We always visit this restaurant whenever we are at the Woodlands. The cheesecakes are the best!
But so is all the food that is on the menu. Service is good and fast and all your wishes can be arranged.

Special thanks to Amy (manager) for saving my evening. You noticed that our waitress wasn't taking care of us and stepped in. You really saved my night. Thank you! I really wanted to give you 5 stars for service but we shouldn't have to ask for bread and water. My wife felt that our waitress was taking better care of other customers because they were having alcohol. Again, I can't thank you enough! The owners are blessed to have you! This is the 4th Cheesecake factory I have been to and my favorite so far. The music wasn't too loud and the temperature was perfect. 11-11-2023 Table 219 17:23 pm.

Environment: Located in the busy area of Woodlands shopping mall, this offers you more things to do before or after enjoying great meal.

Restaurant interior: Great atmosphere and beautiful ambiance, it doesn’t get better than this beautiful scenery compared to other locations I’ve been to.

Drinks and Food tasted good for my choices for the day.

The service was good although I visited on a Sunday afternoon , I can’t tell if it was a good reflection of the waiting times here, I enjoyed eating at the bar.

Parking: A bit hectic, but after driving around multiple times in the parking lot, I found one.

Stopped in the Cheesecake Factory to treat myself during a work trip.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Had spring roll sampler, steak with mashed and of course the cheesecake. All top notch!

Love visiting the woodlands and going to The Cheesecake Factory. The food was incredible like always and the service was great. My favorite appetizer is the Avocado Eggrolls. Going to stop by again to grab some cheesecake before heading out of town.

We had a family gathering as everyone was in town. Arrived early got lunch and had 18 in our party. Staff were very helpful to get the tables prepared and everyone started quickly.

Eric was great attending to all the drinks straight away while we searched the menus for the best picks.

Orders went in and we all had a great time of conversation while waiting for the food as we hadn't seen each other in recent time.

For the size of the order we were brought out food very quickly and Eric was very attentive to keep the drinks topped up the entire meal.

We are picky with lots of dietary requirements and the staff were great about getting everything made as needed.

Over all highly recommended, the staff are great, the food was great. We really appreciated the attention and opportunity to have a place receive our large group.

Went to celebrate my birthday here on the 21st of January and even though it was a full house wait time was only 10 min and service was great!

Great location had an early dinner with the family. Staff was very friendly and attentive! Food was delicious, and they were celebrating Nation cheesecake day 😋! Besides cheesecake we had Linda’s fudge cake oh my gosh

Started off with the avocado roll appetizer. They were crispy and big chunks of avocados the dipping sauce had a sweet flavor .
I had the meatloaf very good flavor nice portion(lunch portion) green beans were not over cooked and mash potatoes were very creamy with a nice mushroom gravy. Other two at our table one had a strawberry blend smoothie with fresh fruit and ribeye steaks well done great seasoning and juicy. I had a coffee and we were too full to have dessert but the cheesecake looked amazing of course.

The Cheesecake Factory is consistently good. I'm so grateful for all the gluten-free choices.

The no sugar added cheesecake was surprisingly awesome! I just ordered it because I didn't want the chocolate gluten-free cheesecake (that one is a little too rich for me). Based on the taste alone, I would not have thought there was no sugar added. It was tasty and sweet. I'll definitely order that kind again.

So much to choose from! Had the Louisiana chicken pasta, and the cookie dough cheesecake. Delicious!

Good food, decent price, especially during Happy Hour. The nachos were excellent. The breads ate always good too. My server, Victoria was awesome. Attentive, constantly checking, kept my drink full and very sweet. The floor had some clutter but still a very solid experience.

Took my family here for dinner. It was our first time and it didn’t disappoint. We loved every bit of food we ordered. And oh my goodness the variety of cheesecakes!!!! Wow!! So delicious

Was very very nice! Great server and great food. Only thing was that the bathrooms were a dirty.. no toilet paper, and most toilet lids were coming off/wiggling around. Other than that it was great!

Our waiter Javione is Awesome, had great suggestions and offered excellent customer service, made sure that everyone in our party was well taken care of and happy with their selections.
Also he is very knowledgeable about the food and beverage that he is serving, great experience at this location.

Always a treat. They are 90% consistent in my experience. Last time my chicken sandwich was 1/2 the size piece of chicken as the time before. But given they normally put a giant piece, the 1/2 size piece was more like chik-fil-a size which works but wasn't what I go here for. But like I said, usually it's amazing and the best chicken sandwich you'll find anywhere.

But still 5 stars, this place rocks. Excellent food and service, and a huge menu.

My husband and I came here for Mother’s Day and we had an absolutely wonderful experience with Justin as our server. He was kind, attentive, handled my dietary needs with care, and set the tone for a great lunch we won’t soon forget. Even on a busy day, our food was perfect-from the warm bread and butter, to the brussel sprouts, to our chicken bellaggio, and cheesecakes-it was cooked perfectly and ascetically pleasing. I would give today’s food and service 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Justin!

This Cheesecake Factory location has never disappointed me. Very clean, food is always hot. Service is always amazing.

Update: pictures 3-5 are recent. This time I got the Club Sandwich and it was GREAT! It was amazing. I did not expect that great of a sandwich! Also I loved that my side for my sandwich were fries, i’ve never ate a “traditional” sandwich with fries and IMO best combo. They have some great fries. Service was excellent.
