Very friendly, reliable staff! Most have worked there for years which says a lot! Clean, updated store.

Today I went to this Walgreens to get formula for my daughter. When checking out, I realized I had the wrong card with me and it was declined. The man checking me out paid over $30 for the formula for me out of his own money. He was tall, dark hair, glasses, and a light gray mask. He said he also has a kid. I just want him to know that he had me in tears when I got in my car! He had no hesitation in helping me and I am so thankful for him. I wish I would have gotten his name. If this is how employees at this store are trained to treat customers, then y’all are doing great!

I have had Lydia assist me several times at the pharmacy window, and she is very kind and thorough every time. Today, she went above and beyond to help, and kindness goes a long way in my book. Grade A Service:)

As a super high risk customer who relies on monthly heart medications, i so appreciate everything Walgreens has done to keep me stocked up and well protected. When meds started falling into short supply because of hosrding, they scrambled to find me a 90 day supply and succeeded. And because i do not enter public spaces, they happily do my pharmacy “ shopping” for me through the drive-thru window. The pharmacists have akways been wonderful about walking me through new medications, and answering a million questions as they arise. The staff at the Research Forest location are just fabulous. Thank you all and keep up the great work!

Had a horrible PCR test experience at the CVS it took 50 mins!! At this walgreens it took 5 mins and was so easy. The Pharmacy staff was nice and friendly and the experience was lovely. Thank you!!!

Love this store and the friendly, competent people. The auto refill feature on their phone system is actually usable with clear prompts - normally I'm like everyone else and "hate those machines," but this one processes my refills easily!

Great pharmacy staff-- really stepped up when the neighboring CVS team we had been going to for years dropped the ball (again). New loyal customers!

This is not my usual location, but I had some online coupons to use and this was the only store that had all the products I needed in one place. Great customer service and I'm glad I was able to pick it up the next day!

I love this Walgreen's!! The cosmetic staff is awesome!! She goes out of her way to help you ring you up and even finds you a coupon or 2 without you having to ask!!

Ryan is always on his game in the pharmacy and has excellent customer service skills. He is one of the best we have ever dealt with.

Convenient location. Super nice staff. I tried to get photos printed off my phone. Their staff patiently showed me step by step. Also good drive through service.

Great store location and friendly staff. They have great sales on supplements. We save hundreds of dollars each year on prescriptions with the Walgreen card.
