AT&T Store

I went into the store feeling hopeless about activating my new I phone. Joey was wonderful and worked for 45 minutes calmly setting it up despite all the mistakes I had made. He was amazing. I really appreciated Rosie as well because she was able to help me understand the mistake I had made. Kudos to a great team. I know where I can go in the future for help!!

Rosie is the politest store associate you have she is very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know what you were asking her about she will find out I will always return to see her. She is my favorite.

I had an issue getting to my account online and on the app so I needed to reset my pin. The clerk was very understanding and helped me right away and welcomed for me to stick around to make sure that after I reset my pin that I could take care of my business.
