AT&T Store

My son, and I had an amazing AT&T representative by the name of Zian, while he was telling us about the different offers that I may be interested in, he answered all of my questions he was very attentive and I really appreciated that. Needless to say our time there wasn’t wasted he worked at a timely fashion. He realized I didn’t have a lot of time and he did everything. He said he was going to do. We are very pleased with our three phones thank you so much AT&T and thank you for your representatives thank you so much Zian have an amazing day.

Zane Yo was super helpful. Helped us switch some phones over. Gave me great deals on Apple Watches for Christmas. Came back to him specifically a few days later for another Apple Watch.

Great customer service. Helped us by having great knowledge of what he was doing and helped us transfer an older 4g phone to be compatible with AT&T network. Switched the phone from. T-mobile

Have been in this store several times to upgrade phone lines for myself and children. Zain has helped us each visit and took time to show the different phone choices and help with the transfer of the old phone information. This is the store we will continue to use for all our AT&T needs.

I went into the store to figure out what was wrong with my phone. Staff, Yohalmo and others (I forgot one of staffs name), were awesome. They problem solved and then helped me make a claim. They empathized with me and made me feel comfortable. Chef's kiss to the staff.

Omar has been incredibly helpful. I could not get my new phone to register my phone number and he was very quick to help. If you ever need help, please ask for him. He is the assistant manager.

Yohalmo is so awesome. He knew exactly what I needed and took care of the problem. It helped that he was very friendly and informative . Will come back just for him!

Zain has been absolutely AMAZING! I am so glad that I moved my service to him and AT&T. I can honestly say that I have never received such great care as he gives to his customers. He has been able to answer all of our questions and basically held my hand during the switch over. He has been available and saw us through from beginning to end. I am being blessed we chose his store location. If you are looking for A+ customer service, go see Zain at the Conroe store location!

This place had the phone I wanted to upgrade in stock, which hardly ever happens. The guys there work extremely helpful and really friendly. They got me upgraded and all squared away in a very timely manner. Will definitely be coming back when I need to upgrade my other phones or need an extra line added.

Saved us from verizon!!! These people are just awesome!!! Huge deals Zain, Erika, and Reese are just awesome. Zain worked on our account and problem for three hours, Erika worked to help my niece for 3 hrs, transferring teaching about the phone!!!!
