AT&T Store

Mrs D was super helpful. I have been paying for a line that a never activated and after a year and a half of paying, no one seems to care or fix the problem anytime I call. Decided to go in-store and she fixed the problem. 5 Star for Mrs D.

I had the best customer service experience ever. The sales attendant and manager were warm and professional and went out if their way to make sure I was treated with respect and I left knowing I'd gotten the exactly what was needed with no sales pressure and all problems resolved. This will be the only ATT store in Charlotte that I'll come to from now on for any service needs.

Had a great experience here! We went to 2 other AT&T store and couldn’t figure out transporting from cricket to AT&T. We came here and figured it out! They even took their time to go through our account to find us a better deal. Will be coming back if we have any issues!

Jerry was more than accommodating! He was patient, understanding, professional, and obtained assistance from his management staff for resolution on the things he wasn't knowledgeable about. I was so impressed on how quickly he resolved my issue I even offered to purchase him dinner although he declined. Give him a raise!!!

I came to this location first timer. I was helped by Rob and another sales person that was a male. Both took two hours working on my account because they saw hour much I was paying out and they felt they could minimize something to help lower my cost plus spent a lot of time looking and calling other stores for a device I needed for my business. These guys were so great. They explained and walked me thru how to work my device and the benefits of what they. Really nice people there.
FYI don’t ever come to a phone center and don’t have at least one and a half’s hours because it just takes time.

Stopped in for a new iPhone but the associate advised me to wait a few days for the new to be released, so I did. I ordered my iPhone 15 off of apples website but I pay AT&T for service so I guess they still get some credit, right? Anyways, new phone will be delivered in a couple of days.

The representative D (Asurion repair technician) was amazing from beginning to end!! She is the ultimate customer service representative and gave the most professional help i have ever experienced in my life at any retail store.
She made the experience stress free and fun. She fixed my phone screen quickly and perfectly. I can't even tell that the screen was broken originally. She is very down to earth, comical and personable. We shared a lot of laughs. Give this woman a raise!!!

Superb service! I came into the store because my screen went black on my S22 and everyone in the store was super helpful! They were all welcoming and prompt and proficient! I wish I could give 10 stars as they were able to get my phone back in working order. Good job!

Kayea was amazing, they were friendly and extremely helpful. We came in the first time they were very friendly even when we were missing a lot of information to get started. We came back and they met us with a smile and quickly started working with us. We were considering other carriers and after talking with her it solidified our choice. 10/10!!

It’s a very positive and friendly environment and the employees are exceptional at their jobs. The manager is always making sure everyone leaves satisfied, and the sales representatives do their absolute best to help those in need.
