Really Really love bath and Body Works for a while now only been to this bath and body works a few times since we moved to Charlotte north carolina in July we moved here from syracuse new york

Love this store! Staff was super nice about letting me exchange my candle that had cracked the day before.

I love shopping here y'all do a great job training people to speak and really interact with the customers

They offer such friendly service, as most Bath and Body Works do! The associates are always ready and available to lend a helping hand. I love the setup inside as well. They always have it so neat and organized, with their sales on display so people can see. Most of their products are expensive, but I usually hit them up when I have coupons!

This staff had a really tough day. I am very impressed by how they were able to handle the system being down on a corporate level. The guest service never faltered, I was given the same level of service that I have come to experience every time I visit. Thankfully the servers were back up when I checked out. These employees deserve some recognition for providing exceptional guest service during a very stressful time. I am a frequent shopper and I appreciate their patience and performance.

Friendly staff and great sales with an almost endless selection

By far the greatest store yet. Walking into the store, I was just looking, as usual. I love this store's scents. So signature.

They do not force you to buy anything, if you say you are just looking they give you your space to look and are very open to help you if you need anything.

They know their stuff. From comparisons to scents and preferences. I love the scrubs and had one employee explain to me the difference in all of their scrubs from the scents to the actual scrubs before and after effect. Amazing. When an employee knows their stuff you are more willing to buy because there isn't any uncertainty.

They always greet you and smile. Even on busy days, when there are a lot of clients they will greet you. If an employee is busy with me and they take a moment to great those entering, I don't find that rude at all because if they don't greet those coming in, then that customer has a negative review and it ruins the experience for that customer. They are great about being polite, friendly, and smart!

I vote this store over every other Bath & Body Works I have ever been to.

I had an amazing experience with one customer in particular, her name was Terri I believe. She was super helpful and very friendly. Terri stayed with my friend and I for a couple minutes, talked with us and helped us to figure out what scented spray we wanted for our dorm rooms. If it wasn’t for her I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done! Overall great experience and will definitely be back.

Always a pleasant shopping experience. Staff is super helpful and super friendly. If a fragrance is no longer in the store, they even tell you how to purchase it online. The line started to get long and they promptly opened another register and called the NEXT person in line over instead of letting people from the back jump line. Great customer service!

Super awesome! My sales associate tonight, Matthew was super nice and suggested some great fragrances to me! There's also another woman who is always there, but I can't remember her name, but she's the best!

Great store with a good layout. They usually have anything that you are looking for in stock, and always have some new product at a good price to try out. The staff here are always super helpful, respectable, cheerful, and available to answer questions at a moment's notice. I definitely recommend this location if you need to go to a "Bath & Body Works".

The staff was very busy especially since it was a large sale in progress. They we're helping people to buy a certain amount to save $10. I had received a gift certificate & made a purchase but they thought it was a coupon & i was charged $22. I walked into the mall a little confused & checked the receipt & there was no $30. credit. Went back in line & they were very nice & fixed it & I walked out with $22.

This was an excellent place I love the smell around the whole store the staff is so kind and generous and they help you with any questions that you have. I love the shop here and they have new arrivals almost every week I can see myself coming in the future.

We were getter but someone friendly as always. The store was crowded and the line was long but I found what I was there for and they kept the line moving. The cashier even helped me maximize my coupon savings.

Ms. Jada at the front of the store gave me the last bottle of coconut body mist that she was going to buy herself, but instead gave it to me. That really made me feel like I matter, and brightened my day! Thanks SO much Ms. Jada!

The variety of candles here always outdo any other outlet I’ve been to. However, it’s always super crowded and you feel like you’re going to bump into something and drop it at any moment.
