I went looking for some specific shoes I saw online, I didn't find them. But I bought an outfit for my son, a vest for my husband and a beautiful and festive skirt that was on the sale area. Score!!!

Very nice people I sampled the Dior perfume and it was lovely they lady as I was leaving flag me down and gave me a sample and will be going back to purchase that perfume excellent customer service skills.

Great store to shop for men, women and kids apparel. They also have a great selection of home essential needs.

The customer service at Macy’s was amazing. I shopped for fine jewelry for my husband’s birthday. I also purchased cologne and clothes in the children’s department. One of the sales clerk even gave my grandchildren stickers. My shopping experience was excellent!

I ordered something online to beat the long checkouts. The cashier was friendly. I received my product and didn't wait long at all.

I've been shopping at this particular Macy's off and on for the past 23 years. However, Monday was the best experience I've ever had thanks to Leon in the shoe department. He is very thoughtful, attentive and just kind ll around! Perfect salesperson, and very honest about what looked good on my feet and the young lady's feet that was shopping for her prom shoes! Ended up purchasing three pairs of shoes and a cocktail purse! Kudos to Leon for all his help! He's the reason I will shop at Macy's again! He's awesome!

Went to Macy's looking for a men's watch. Found a very nice inexpensive one. Clifford at Macy's in Columbia SC was great and professional. Helped me get a great deal! Will be shopping there again

MACY'S IS STILL MACY'S!!! The place to shop for the latest fashion, accessories and home decor. I purchase all my clothing there, and am very impressed with there trends. I look forward to the MACY'S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE!

I'm leaving this review on behalf of my mom. My dad passed away earlier this year. This will be our first Christmas without him, and my mom was having a hard time getting into the Christmas spirit. She visited this Macy's location yesterday morning and hasn't stopped talking about it since. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The store was clean, nicely decorated and stocked. She even mentioned the selection of Christmas music playing. I was at work but she called me just to tell me she had found her Christmas spirit at the Columbia Place Mall Macy's. Thank y'all for giving her such an amazing shopping experience.

Went to Macy's today, wasn't looking for anything particular. But found nice sportswear and a pair of Kasper slacks very reasonable.
Went to the bath towels and found more good deals.. today was a good day.
The salesperson was very nice. She went to the back and brought out the rest of the merchandise, so I was able to get the color I wanted.

Nice store in an otherwise dead mall. They must have a very loyal base of customers to keep this place going. Good customer service in the Mens and Home departments. Very nice store and so easy to get in and out. Also love the retro design of this store on the outside.

Nicely managed store with good items. Some can look for discounted items for reasonable price and good quality. Large open parking and quiet place. You can visit the ground floor for kitchen items and furniture.

I had to return and exchange some Christmas items. I had a complicate transaction. Linda at the service desk was helpful and patient. She has excellent customer service skills. Also... Before we made it to the service desk, I guess it was loss prevention that was following my son and I around. Then an employee stopped my special needs son and asked him if he came into the store with the bag of our return item's. My point being is if you walk around and feel like your being followed. Most likely you are. They are doing their jobs.
