Very friendly and helpful employees.. store and restroom are always clean. Inside there is a subway that is clean and serves fresh food. Store has a large selection of everything. Gas is higher then the average but it is convenient. Nice pit stop. I always find something to bring home, today it was footballs $9.99 a piece. The merchandise is very reasonably priced.
Large truck parking area, scale and located next to Wendy’s and across the street from McDonalds if you do not want the Subway inside.

Super tiny parking lot... Maybe 5 spots and an extra make it yourself one or two...

Subway is open 9-10 pm on Sundays. No beer, but beer at Shell across.

They have a 24hour Subway inside that's sometimes open 24 hours a day. Staff is always pleasant. Lots of gas and diesel pumps. Always clean, they have hot showers. Not much truck parking.

The employees here did everything they could to help me and my young daughter. The restrooms were out of order because of some plumbing problems and they opened up one of the shower rooms so my daughter could use the restroom. They went above and beyond what was expected!

This is the place to stop when on a road trip. If you need something chances are they have it. Food, gas, and a wide variety of convenience items. The place is usually fairly clean and well maintained. It can get very busy, but the staff does a decent job of recovering the store.

First time at this Pilot, staff very friendly, Subway staff was also friendly and very easy to chit chat with while doing order. All in all it is a small very small Pilot,but clean, friendly and a welcome home type Atmosphere. Well worth the 10 hr break stop.

Probably the smallest Pilot I have ever seen, but very nice and clean. Shelves were well stocked. Subway is open 24 hours, which is a real perk. Clean restrooms.

Miranda is a top notch employee. And probably the only reason I'm giving a five. I've been here a few times and wasn't impressed with the stoic staff or the organization.
But Miranda obviously understands customer service.
Not only did she help two others in line, but she also said over to the subway part and assisted me too, all while another employee took his time and never noticed me standing there for almost five minutes.

Just keep in mind, some Pilots are better than others. I can't remember if this was the small one or a big one.
Edit: Most Pilots I have used have been good experiences. I meant to say that in my original statement. I traveled from GA to Ohio and back. I stopped at several Pilots on my trip. Most breaks were at one.

When traveling its one place we usually always stop at. The Fuel prices are very good, clean restrooms, clean store & a large variety of items needed for the road. Souveniers usually too

Stop if you need to. Husband is a truck driver had 3 mins left on clock and full, the manager let him still park. Clean and very friendly.

Stopped by for a shower, and the facilities were clean and wonderful. The staff was helpful and very polite. I'll definitely go back!

Chevy 3500 diesel dually pulling 44' fifth wheel RV, ran out of fuel (trying to use up a suspect batch) and coasted the last 20 yards into the dock, then couldn't start, Saturday night 5PM! Manager gave us several names of tow companies none of which would tow the dually/fifth wheel combo. Then he gave us the name of Craig at HookItUp, a great mechanic who was very busy but still came two hours later and got us started and on our way. This is the smallest J I've ever seen, six fuel docks and 20 (if you count the six for cars) parking spaces. It's Travel Center #16, does that mean it's been around since day 1? Smallest J, biggest heart, best people. HookItUp is great too.

I stopped in one night in my semi and though they don't have much room on the lot for many trucks, they have the best donuts I've ever tasted.

Always friendly staff and fresh coffee anytime you ask or it's already made fresh. Food is more then decent
