Orchard Veterinary Care

Thanks to Dr Becker and the staff for working our cat, Phoenix in yesterday even though we are new to their practice. Unfortunately, we had to help her over the rainbow bridge because she had a tumor on her bladder. I appreciated Dr Becker's straight forward, honest approach on the best options for our Phoenix. Their was no guilt or pressure to pursue aggressive treatment. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. We will be bringing our other fur babies her in the future.

They were very good with my daughters German shepherd, they took the time to get down on the ground to her level and let her get used to them on her terms, Dr. Becker explained everything in detail and his assistant was very good with helping him, it was nice that they also take your payment while still in the examination room, the entire staff was very friendly and very helpful

They were able to get our animals in even though we were not clients. There was plenty of parking and a large grassy area with a trash can for your pet's business. Make sure you have your animals under control because it is right on the corner of orchard and US 68. Once inside you are greeted by staff behind a very tall front desk. They will check you in and take any samples you have brought in. It's an open lobby area with bench-like seating along the outer wall. Scale for your dog in the lobby. The building seems to have a corrugated metal exterior as there was a lot of echo, so be prepared for that if your dog starts barking at other people entering or exiting with their pets. Everything is well lit. Oddly, you can see a lot of the cages in the back where I assume they keep the animals who need to stay for a while. The exam room was clean and well lit. Dr. Bitnee and her assistant were very nice and knowledgeable and treated us and our animals with respect and great care. The prices seemed very reasonable in comparison to other vsts we have used. We called ahead to get prices and they were very open to helping us over the phone. Standard itemized receipt printout on check out. The vet assistant took our payment while we were in the exam room at the end of our visit. Had a very positive first visit.

Just had to put my 10 year old cat Leo today. An amazing pet nearly human. Thank you to the staff and Docter for thir understanding. They gave me my wife and daughter all the time we needed. Thanks again folks. ❤❤

These folks are amazing! Great staff - professional and friendly, always caring. Took my pup there to be spayed and knew she would be well taken care of. She did great! And they are so reasonably priced! They don't chase you away crying every time you leave there wondering how you're going to pay to keep your loved fur-baby healthy!

I absolutely love this place. Dr. Becker is amazing with my dogs and equine. Very responsive and reasonable pricing. He always allows me to ask questions and answers them with a lot of detail. I definitely recommend Orchard and especially Dr. Becker!

They got my terminally ill 16 year old shih-poo right in and were so caring, patient and compassionate on one of the hardest days of my life. They made Max’s passing as comfortable and peaceful as possible. Angels on earth!!

I have always loved this place. They have an on call emergency vet, which I have used twice, ending with both of my kitties going to kitty heaven. Staff is very friendly and very helpful and listen to what the pet owner likes/needs/wants. I dont know if they have walk in or not since I have never used it.

Had our dog cremated here, and they were great

Dr Becker was a lifesaver for our horse, Otto! He came out to us, treated him with a kind, gentle, and caring nature and gave the upmost care. He came at 10pm to stitch him up from a freak accident and I cannot say enough good things about him! He really put our minds at ease, did amazing work, and was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! Thank you so much Dr Becker for being si amazing to us!

Always take the best care of my pets and do not go for the most expensive options. When I say I'm on a budget, they try to diagnose and come to solutions without expensive and unnecessary procedures

My baby is healing just fine

Honestly the best vet service I have experienced. They were all very friendly and informative. They helped my ferret Cecil get healthy again after dealing with low blood sugar. Unfortunately he has passed recently
as it was his time to go but I will never forget the extra time and love they gifted me with my little buddy. You guys are amazing and thank you so much for what you do!

Love the staff. Great heartfelt care. We lost our boy Roscoe last week and the staff was so caring. Even today when i picked up his ashes the receptionist was so sincere and thoughtful.

The staff at Orchard Veterinary are phenomenal. They are so caring and thorough when it comes to your pet(s). Our family dog of 16 years was very sick/in pain and needed medical attention asap. Our vet that we have went to for years wouldn't see our dog, we called Orchard Veterinary and after explaining what was wrong they got our dog in as soon as we could get there. They were the best and I cannot thank them enough. Unfortunately the circumstances with our dogs health caused him to no longer be with us. But the staff made it as comfortable for us and our dog as they could. I HIGHLY recommend this vet!!!!!!

This is the absolute best Vet office... The entire staff is caring, attentive, and kind. The vets are top notch and are willing to help in anyway possible even with payment. They did emergency surgery on my puppy, saved his life, and worked with me on payment. They are a 2 hour trip for me but my pets will never have another vet.

Busy anytime we've taken our dog in, but things always move pretty quick. In my experiences, the assistants do a great job handling Olive, and Dr.'s Bittner and Becker are knowledgeable and to the point.

Been coming to this vet for awhile now, can't describe how happy I am with their services. They're so friendly, courteous, and professional. I also really appreciate that they also treat exotic animals too. They go above and beyond for their clients/patients.

Dr. Stull was amazing !! He's very personable and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed at all, he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

My dog has really bad anxiety and hates going to the vet and they were amazing with her! Their prices are very competitive and you can tell they are very kind and love the animals!
