Shawn at the Wilmington store was great. He helped figure out I was eligible for a free upgrade and got my old data plan updated. I left with a new phone completely set up like my old phone. No stress. A great experience!

I came into the Verizon store with my son Jimmy and he got a new phone, I took his old one. Well Jimmy couldn't figure out his Gmail password so we had to wait 6 hours to get it recovered. The lady at the store was very patient and helped us after the 6 hour period transfer all of Jimmy's stuff and then transfered all of my stuff to the new phone. We are very pleased with our experience at Verizon. They were all very friendly and we both love our new phones.

I came in today to add a phone to my account for my daughter in law. Shawn was able to help us do that plus get a new phone as well. He was really patient and got everything transferred and logged in for me,like Facebook. I love this store and will always come back here!

I would like to acknowledge Shawn at the Wilmington, OH store. I purchased a phone and wanted to upgrade to a larger phone. He made both experience super easy and great. Phone and technology purchases are usually difficult and stressful. Shawn was friendly and calm. He made it work!

Wilmington branch is the best! For those who are non-techy, you made things go very smoothly. Maddy, was a very knowledgeable person who took so much time with us transferring information to 3 separate phones...without frustration. Very kind throughout the whole time it took to finish the job.

I came in to store to upgrade my phone. I thought my phone was dead but Maddy got it up and running again. I needed an upgrade anyway. She was very knowledgeable and has made it a very enjoyable experience. We had lots of conversations and I did have to come back into the store but I didn’t care because it was an enjoyable time for me.

The customer rep was very helpful in getting the best deal for me while also lowering our monthly bill and helping me with my computer. I am very happy with the service! I will be back for sure!

I came to get my new phone activated and ask questions about services. The store was clean and the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. My name is Doug and I came into the Verizon store for internet services for my church. Mitchell got me set up with internet and a phone to use for the church he was great but I had to make another trip to make sure my phone number successfully ported over from frontier. A nice lady greeted me and exceeded my expectations. Not only did she help me get my phone running but she also set up automatic payments and printed out receipts from me that I lost. She gave me a monthly quote and had me feeling accomplished when I left the store.
