Tim Hortons

This is one of the best Tim Hortons in Ohio. Every Morning this location is alway so busy and the employees here always so friendly and helpful trying their best to take care of your order in a timely manner and have a great service to get your food ready. Last Friday 01-14-2022 @ 5:48am I order 24 donuts and 24 muffins with a togo Large coffee and a Large decafe coffee. They took care me a timely manner. I just want to appreciate this Tim Hortons location for what they did. Thank so much, you guys make my day. I been living in Delaware Ohio for 23 years now and never had any problems or issues with this location.

A little after 3pm on 9/15/23 I came into the store and could tell they were understaffed. There seemed to be only 2 people working both the drive thru and cafe. Despite this, I was greeted in a timely manner. My interactions with both emoloyees working were genuine and kind, despite the fact that I could tell they were each doing the work of 2 people. I overheard the opening manager (?) filling the closing manager (?) in on how the day had gone, and happened to hear that they had been incredibly short staffed all day. Despite all of this, she was keeping things running quickly, smoothly, and with kind and genuine service. As someone with food service management experience, I just wanted to commend the employees at this location. I know a review doesn't do much, but I hope the employees who were working see this and know their hard work did not go unnoticed.

The ladies working the drive thru always make my day!!! Their energy is just what I needed today, plus they love my dog!!🥰

I called to let them know about a mistake on a previous order. Not only did they correct it but my order arrived at my door 15 minutes later! Wonderful customer service!

Love their coffee! Also had a Turkey bacon and cheese, no bread and a Ham and Swiss combo , warm potato chips and coffee.

I work here so obviously biased but... it's a terrific place. Christina is a wonderful manager who works hard to maintain a good team of people who are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I work part time and thoroughly enjoy the customers (many of whom are regularly) and working with my coworkers.

Today is my daughter birthday. We order breakfast from Tom Hortons through DoorDash and they wrote Happy Birthday on the bag and gave her a free donut that say “Happy Birthday For the Birthday Girl” 🥰 love you guys .. you guys made her day. Thank you 😊 to the entire crew

Sidney Tim Hortons had a friendly staff. Food is fresh and coffee is always great.

good price for a cup of coffee all with the convenience of a drive thru. the donut was good too. ive never seen a tim hortons before till in the state of ohio. id say the other states without tim hortons are missing out. after my first time visit i think theyre basically a donuts and coffee specialty place with some breakfast offerings such as breakfast sandwiches.

Extremely fast. As soon as we finished ordering the food was ready. They play Tetris with your food and securely give you everything in one or two bags. It's great.

My first time eating at this chain..Got a couple of biscuits and a doughnut amd was not let down. The girls running the place were super fast and very nice

This Tim Hortons is in Delaware Ohio. My wife and I had a couple sandwiches and they were very good. The little Shop is very millennial and the folkes there are very nice. We had a great time and got a coffee to go. This could be a romantic place to meet or just a nice place to meet with friends for a cup of joe. It is very clean, lots of parking and I believe they also have a drive thru. Tim Hortons coffee is good tasting and you can get a variety of hot drinks other than coffee. They have nice service. There was a really nice girl who's asked me how my sandwich was. That's not something that is too common. That was definitely appreciated.

The staff are always very nice and professional. They have food ready very quickly and accurately. I keep coming back every week.

I wish they’d open up inside at least for to go orders but they do keep the drive thru moving quite well.

This is the fastest and most friendly Tim's I have ever visited. It is clean and they always get your order correct.
