The manager miss Regina is so nice always treat you like family I just love her, when you are having a bad day she always make you smile 😌 she needs a raise!

This is by far the best mcdonald’s I have ever had in my life. I stayed in delaware for a few days and we went back for more multiple times a day. It has been around a month and I still think the food.

This location provides me with coffee & a bacon egg & cheese biscuit to start my day. The iced latte is my new favorite thing... I ordered one by mistake & now it's my go to coffee. I use the McDonalds app every visit for points & free food.

I can't give 5 stars for Food or Atmosphere, get real, it's McDonald's... The service on the other hand is top notch. It's the only McDonald's that I'll get in a long line at the drive thru. Always amazingly fast, friendly, and the order is always right. Definitely my favorite McDonald's.

A very well-managed McDonald's. I go there an average of three times a week during the day through the drive-thru. The speed of the line is always very good and in spite of the speed, the food quality is always very high.

Foods always good serxice is good and employees are friendly

I've been to this location several times for lunch, Great staff, fast friendly service, and a quality product!

Came today, things are good. Food was done before I finished getting my drink and I ordered breakfast. Lady was very nice, food was good. I think they are doing better. Very happy we came. My daughter got the same toy in her Happy meal she got before and they took it back and Gave her a different one. Very cool of them.

We have had some serious issues over the past few years with this McDonalds to the point we would avoid the chain. We wanted some late night Big Macs and decided to go for it. We were pleasantly surprised. This happened on Monday 2/3 around 10pm. We ordered extra lettuce and pickles on the sandwiches and they came out perfect and fresh. The drive through was a bit slow but looking through the window only one person was running around doing everything. Give this guy a raise as he exceeded what we have seen in the past.

I can't believe I'm giving this a, 5 star rating, but the lady at McD's this morning, REALLY deserved it. First, we'd literally been up ALL night in the hospital with a loved one. We pull in & the dinning room was closed until 6,but she let us in, the coffee we wanted, the machine was cleaning. We wanted two carmel mocha's, Bummer! So we just got reg coffee, something to keep us awake for the drove hone. While we were waiting on her food, the machine that makes the coffee we wanted stopped cleaning & was ready. The lady told us & asked me if I still wanted one, I said of course, please. She said she'd make it free! My friend's also! Thank you so much. You never know how small an act of kindness will mean so much to someone going through a rough time!

With all the construction with the new modeling going on, I think the employees are doing an excellent job. The manager today was a little stressed, he just needs to be reminded that all the employees are working really hard in the remodeling stage. Keep up the good work

No issues at this restaurant for the several times I’ve stopped by on various trips. Fast service and friendly staff

I'm giving this McDonald's location a five-star mainly due to the service person that waited on me she must have worked the breakfast because you was getting ready to leave. On occasion have seen her working he's an older later lady about my age soon-to-retire oh, she's a no-nonsense very professional good work ethics. I've seen her on other occasions trying to organize some of the workers are employees at they have here and she does an excellent job in trying to motivate them I ask to speak to a manager just so happened there GM was there this morning I told him how much I appreciated for her and her good work ethic and she tried to organize the work on other shifts, the GM evidently just blew it off so very Meek thank you and never even acknowledge the person I was talking to I hope this is not representative of all their management at McDonald's

This is the best McDonald’s in town. I’m a little ashamed that to admit I love McDonald and visit often. I just wanted to say that we went to this McDonald’s on whim, around 8pm last night, and our food was so good! It was hot, fresh, correct, and our large fries were filled to the top. Good job, Sandusky Staff 😁

Best Mcdonald's location we have had since before the quarantine started. Fresh food and friendly customer service. Nice to have a spot to go that we know will be worth the visit.

Stopped for a quick breakfast sandwich combo Sunday morning. We had to pull up and wait but a co-worker saw our mini Australian Shepherd and gave him an ice cream treat. Unexpected and appreciated.

Went thru drive through. Had to repeat 3 times to teller what I wanted, but food was very hot and fresh .

Okay dude straight up its McDonald's which is good the staff here was alot more friendly than most micky Ds staff which was a huge plus. The food was good I have no complaints
