The UPS Store

The staff here are just wonderful! I've been here to make copies, get papers notarized, parcels and mails sent out and of course, Amazon returns. Everything gets handled efficiently and with such good cheer! I had to return a phone to Amazon and needed all kinds of labels for it. They helpfully printed everything and I had made a mess of the packing, they scanned me a receipt and I was on my way while they redid the whole package with the correct labels etc...and all for a dollar donation for toys for tots! Just such helpful, positive and friendly people at this store!

Hey, this is by far the best UPS store in Seattle area. Clean, lots of space, owner-operator, who is willing to help with every single detail.

I'm not sure why this UPS store has received less than five stars? My most recent experience was amazing and was always great before then. The owner went way above and beyond to help me with packaging my shipment. He stayed two hours late on a Saturday and went out to buy special packing materials for my shipment. You don't find this kind of customer service very often, if at all! I highly recommend them!

This UPS store is my favorite one. All the guys who works there are very friendly. Even when I have towns of return from Amazon they are friendly and patient.

I have had a mailbox and account at this location for at least 7 years. I rarely write reviews, but after reading some of the negative reviews I had to enter a positive one. One of the staff members has changed in the past several months and they are all very helpful and friendly. I receive all my mail and packages there. It is safer than my residence mailbox. I also do all of my returns at this location. If they can't provide a proof of drop off due to type of package, they prompt me to take a photo of the tracking label. I had to locate a package tracking from over a year ago and they took the time to locate it on my account. Service you won't get on-line or by trying to reach a person to talk at FedEX or UPS general #. Thank you for the great, personal service!

Had a wonderful experience at this store. They printed out my return label, repackaged and shipped for me. Another store would not do this. Friendly, helpful and just nice people work here.

I don’t usually take the time to do reviews but wow the guy working here this morning was impressive. He was working by himself and managed helping about 6 of us at once. Thanks for making my day a little easier!

A great UPS store, all the staff have always been very helpful and kind whether with packages or printing. I make it a point to go to this location.

The owner is such a kind and helpful man. I’ve had nothing but great service here and he often goes out of his way to assist above and beyond the requirements. Good small family business.

I have been going to this store for years. The owner and the whole staff have always been 100% professional, helpful and kind. And in the event that you need a notary, this store also offers that service.

The guys working there are genuinely kind and try to help. They are super efficient, but when my teen went there trying to print her art work they took time to walk her through it and cut it to perfection.

UPS Klahanie, Sammamish: Chanto obviously strives to create personalized service and works so many hours, with such a positive attitude. Chanto knows every regular’s name, and anticipates their needs quickly. He is able to multi-task and serve customers quickly. I used to drive down to the post office and wait in their long, boring lines, but now I realize the efficiency of skipping the drive & line is well worth the personalized service here. Monthly account billing makes it even easier, with receipts coming straight to email. I highly recommend this location if you live in the area.

I use this store frequently and the young men that work there have always been helpful. It is pricey if you purchase shipping there, but worth it for the convenience of having the shop right in my neighborhood.

One of the best post offices. Clean and spacious. Yes sometimes there is a wait time however staff is super friendly which compensates for the wait time

I have always been greeted warmly, they always go out of their way to help, as a way of demonstrating, my daughters were looking for some zip ties I needed thought that maybe the UPS Store here on Klahanie might sell them, they didn't, but what they did was to search throughout the store, gathered what zip ties they themselves had and gave them to my daughters, I will never be able to say enough about the people at my UPS store !!

I love these guys -- I'm always treated very kindly and professionally, and I rarely have a wait. Keep up the amazing work!!

Always working to save me $$ on shipping, i've have a PO Box here for seven years and i can positively say it's well worth the money.
