Staff in general is wonderful (available, ready, proactive, knowledgeable). Always on stand-by (not on-their-phone-in-the-back "stand-by" --- actually on stand-by). As soon as I walked in, Ali greeted me and immediately directed me to what I needed.

I needed to ship something to a PO Box and didn't realize it was better to ship it through USPS, but Ali offered and perfectly explained options to me. I ended up just shipping it out through this UPS store. I was in and out in no time.

This is my favorite UPS store! They have great hours and are even open on Sundays. The clerks are cheerful and friendly when I drop off my packages, and I always get a drop off receipt. The best thing is that tracking starts almost immediately, so my recipients know exactly where their packages are and how long delivery will take. Recently, UPS delivery has been slow, but it’s not the fault of the UPS store.

This is hands down the nicest UPS I’ve ever been to and the staff was extremely kind and helpful! I needed a few menus printed for a dinner party and my husband recommend I try this location vs going to an Office Max. I gave the store a call before I headed over and was able to email my menu to the team, so when I arrived they had a sample of what the menu would look like and I could choose between the different card stocks to see what I like best. The process was quick, easy, and a great price. I highly recommend this location for normal package services and for printing!!

This was the absolute best experience I’ve had sending a package. I have family everywhere so I’m always sending gifts around this time.

This place was fast, well decorated and incredibly friendly. Amna helped me send my package and explained to me that it was a new store and family owned. She pointed out her husband and mother in law (who did the decorating). I had a great experience and will be using this location from now on.

Great service come here all the time for shipping needs. Everyone that works here is very genuine and accommodating, service you cant find anywhere else these days

I’ve been twice to this UPS store, each time with multiple packages and big boxes. The location is very clean and has such easy access.

This UPS location is very unique. Everyone here shows incredible hospitality in terms of helping customers and making their time here enjoyable. I always go to this location for all my UPS needs. They even do holiday cards!

The store is clean, organized and very efficient!! The manager, Amna is great! She was very personal and treated my order with care and importance! Jessica is my Amazon returns hero! Long overdue and much needed addition to the neighborhood!! A brand new well managed UPS Store! We have been business owners and UPS customers for over 20 years. UPS Store is the place and a must-have for small businesses. We went to set up our mailbox today, and Manager Amna is knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The customer service was outstanding! The owner (sadly did not get her name), was extremely nice and professional. Her other employees are as well. The store is clean and well stocked. It was also child welcoming. My two little ones were with me, and were a little rambunctious and naturally curious and they did not make us feel unwelcome at all.

Very friendly, professional, helpful. Went for mailbox services Amna is the manager and guided me through the process as well pointed out other ways they could help, such as package receiving, shipping, business cards, notary service or anything a starting business or an established company might need in the day to day aspects of running their business all in one place. I would not hesitate to recommend this location of the UPS Store to anyone who needs these services.

My new UPS store hands down. This UPS store is gorgeous. Newly built so it looks super welcoming and inviting. They were also the nicest and friendliest UPS workers I ever worked with and took care of what I needed in a timely manner while providing great customer service.
