Bucky's Convenience Stores

Great store big selection, even after the explosion at watson valve down the street they got back up an running the same day.

They have great gas prices, and many amenities not usually found at a covienience store, such as a fresh pizza station, ice cream station, and a doggie goodie stand.
The place is always clean and orderly.
The cashier's never get backed up, if there are over three people in line they open another register.
Highly recommend this location.

This Bucky's will put the other guy, with a similar name, to shame. 1. Bratwurst. 2. Prices. and 3. Customer service. I just stopped in for the first time and I felt right at home. The man who works here enjoys his job and made me feel welcome as a customer. Very clean convenience store and great variety. I'll be coming here regularly as a customer.

This place is great and embarrasses the Valero across the street. I stopped going to that Valero years ago after my card information was stolen.

Bucky's is not as impressive as the beaver but the pettiness of the owners makes a great story. The two companies have battled in court for more than a decade. Now the Nebraska based company is expanding in Texas.

If the beaver was across the street, I would go there. The beaver is definitely more consistent and caters to the area.

The gas is the cheapest in the Gessner / Clay Rd area. Even cheaper than HEB and I like the security features on the card readers at the pump.

I predict Bucky's will be sold to another brand in a few years. If you're going to bring your product to Texas and go head to head with the beaver, you better go all in. The beaver has a full-time bathroom attendant. The beaver has a person dedicated outdoor person with a job to check the pumps for paper, clean them and pickup trash.

The air pump doesn't work and none of the vacuums work.

Bucky's has already chopped staff and they're being overworked. Good luck in Texas.

I come here almost twice a day since it opened late August 2019. Since Clay Road is an alternative thoroughfare from Beltway to Northwest Freeway during major traffic jams. I purposefully take this route just to visit Bucky's.

There are 3 components to this Bucky's at Clay Road: Bucky's Gas Station, Bucky's Convenience Store and Bucky's Rapid Wash. There are lots of greenery behind the store. It makes Bucky's look like in the woods. This space was a closed forest land in Spring Branch border to Caverdale neighborhood.

I love Bucky's Convenience Store. It is my place to go for all kinds of things and much better and much bigger than Circle K store across the street.

This place is clean and bright. There is a large soda fountain area with fruit juice sodas, Frescas and coffees.
Big plus, they have coffee at night.
The isles are wide enough for a wheelchair.
There is also a large hot food area.

Really large convenience store with a wide variety of products. Lots of gas pumps and well-lit. I would also recommend their iced coffee.

First time coming here,looks.nice and clean,restrooms 100%clean. Alot of drinks variety and food..havent tried the food but it smells nice and looks yummy..I'll come here again if I'm ever in the area..sorry stripes/sonoco you are not #1 place in my mind anymore lol. Respectful employees great customer service.
