DJ AT PRAIRIE CITY STORE IS GREAT! So smart and helped me a lot with my phone!!!

I had a great experience with Emily. She answered all questions throughly and professionally. She was very personable and friendly. When she had to make a phone call to someone from at&t for help, the person on the phone was not helpful to her at all and was very rude to her. He couldn't answer any of her questions and wasn't trying to see what he could do to try to answer them. Even though he was no help at all she was still able to figure it out herself. She was able to help my boyfriend and I get new phones and made sure to tell us about all the plans and deals they had. She took her time with us and when I didn't understand something she would take her time to explain to me until I understood. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She put the screen protector on my phone and said if the bubble on it didn't go away within 24 hours to come back and she would fix it. She did just that, no hesitation with a smile on her face! She went above and beyond but if I told you everything else she did to help us we'd be here all day. If you ever see this Emily, thank you for being so kind and I truly appreciate your time and help. - Alexia

The service here is amazing. I switched from a different service provider who I don't have a lot of trust in, I was hesitant to make the change but the manager and representative in the store on 5/5 were excellent, answering all my questions and helping me not only switch my service, but upgrade my phone when I didn't realize I had the option. Great job at this location!

Emily was amazing. I first went to the corporate store on Palladio to trade in my old phone. They said they couldn’t help me because their internet was down. Sure guys. More likely they didn’t want to help because no commission for what I needed. That didn’t stop Emily at the prairie road location. She helped me immediately. In and out in a couple of minutes. She was super nice and friendly too. The other store could learn from her.

Lexi was the sales rep that helped me and my mom when we went into the store. She greeted us and helped us with an upgrade. Her professionalism was outstanding. Very clean and nice environment as well. Would recommend coming back :)

Fast and easy service offered more info on other products as well. Took care of me in No time. Very friendly people and were very eager to help. They also work as a team.

Highly recommend selecting this store when you are trying to get any ATT services. Erick was the best at costumer service. He was very attentive and help us get a really good deal on an iPhone 13 and Galaxy S22! He is very knowledgeable and has very good people skills! Best ATT service we have ever received 🙌🏽

The employee who helped my mom and me was very helpful, courteous, and patient. Gave us some helpful suggestions and saved my mom some money on her monthly bill. The store feels relatively new & it's clean, with a good selection of the typical stuff found at an AT&T store (OtterBox, Pop Sockets, wireless chargers, etc.)

Lexi at the Prairie City in Folsom location was absolutely adorable and so knowledgeable. There are so many options and techie things to learn. Lexi was helpful without the pressure or expectations. She just shared how to work the programs and I am so thankful!!

I always have positive experiences at this location. This last time I was helped by Lexi and she helped us out with an upgrade. She was very professional and helpful with all the questions I had.

I came in this morning frantic because my phone had broken and I am going on vacation at 4am tomorrow. I visited store to trade in my mobile and enquire about a new plan. The customer service is the best I ever experience from ATT both instore and customer call services combined. Bret Stanley helped me trade in my mobile. He educate and informs the customer before he makes the decision. Compared to ATT Palladio store this is the best store to walk-in.
