The employees here go above and beyond the standard level of customer service. I bought a few things for the kids that just didn’t fit. Returns were fast and easy. I live in the Hickory part of Chesapeake, and this target is definitely my favorite. Lisa was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this target!

Start basic: this is the best target I have ever been to. It’s in a very nice part of Chesapeake (Edinburgh) and is in a perfect location right off the by pass.

Service: the employees here take a step further than most retail employees to ensure you have a nice shopping experience. For example, when you are looking for an item instead of saying it’s on a certain isle, they will walk with you until you find what you are looking for. Everyone is always friendly too.

Amenities: this location has a Pizza Hut express and a Starbucks. This target is huge and always has everything you ever could want and more. The hard part is not buying more than you need. Every time I go I find something I wasn’t looking for that I need at home, which usually saves a second store trip. Same day pickup is offered here. They usually have my online same day pick up order ready in under an hour.

Quality: all the items you purchase here of normal target quality, which is definitely better than Walmart. Also they are renovating this location and when it’s done it is going to be like shopping in a luxury store. The upgrades are very modern and sleek.

Out of the Targets i did visit here in Virginia this had to be the cleanest the best organized and the best stocked with the best curb appeal . It seemed to have the best customer service also . I think because of the location was more on the better side of virginia only my opinion . Thumbs up

Super nice Target. Easy location to get into. This shopping area is expanding, and this store is the anchor. I had to call her once to see if they had snow shovels. A guy went all the way around the store to find out for me. They didn't, but the gesture was awesome.

Customer service was awesome this morning!! Kayla the manager was so helpful printing out a much needed receipt for me. She came out with a smile and took her time getting me just what I wanted. The lady at the service desk (don’t know her name) was very helpful too. Love this Target!!!! Thanks ladies.

This was so easy!! While putting up outdoor Christmas decorations, I realized that I needed a plug with remote. Got on my phone, ordered, drove to store, indicated I was there, and voila, got my plug, and finished decorating!

The store is always well stocked and clean. Workers are always friendly and approachable. And I’ve never had an issue with a product or a return.

Target is clean, well-stocked and an inviting environment in which to shop! I especially love their aisles of great deals, often seasonal upon entering the store. Great diversity in their products as well!

I enjoyed my shopping experience. I found what I was looking for, which was a bathing suit. In August, that is a task in itself. I was able to try on all of my selections while still having my shopping cart in the stall with me, because I had my baby daughter with me. The discounts on the clearance items were okay, however, I would have preferred bigger discounts considering the time of year that it was. Self checkout was a breeze and I only needed assistance one time. The self-checkout associate was sweet and did her job perfectly. I highly recommend this particular this Target store.

Best customer service around. Which is crazy considering it's a big box store! The customer service staff and the people who do drive up are so efficient, that I just had to write a review!
The past year has been super crazy with a newborn and a disabled child at home, but I always know I can count on Target to be quick in filling orders, and to almost always have my items in stock. I have placed MANY orders and gone in quite a bit recently to do Christmas shopping, and only a couple of times have I ever encountered any issues, and when I have, I was met with a customer service person eager to not only rectify the situation, but go above and beyond to also make sure you are completely happy. I had a small situation over the weekend, and I spoke with Stephanie in customer service on the evening of 12/12 and she was seriously awesome and helpful and put my mind at ease. I went in this morning, 12/13 to finish fixing the issue, and Stephanie wasn't in, but the staff there were beyond helpful!!! Thank you Target! Thank you for treating us like humans and not like other big stores like Walmart who DO NOT care a thing about customer service or keeping accurate inventory numbers...They only want your money, and treat you like you are disposable.

My wife and I shop here often. I haven't been in store because of the pandemic but have utilized the drive-up option. Each time I arrive for a pick up, the wait time is less than 5 minutes. They're excellent at ensuring your drive up experience is great. Keep up the good work!

I was looking for a toy and I stopped your employee, Ed, in the aisle to help me. He saw that you had what I wanted in the back. I followed him and he brought out the toy for me. He was a genuine and nice gentleman; very helpful. I hope he is acknowledged for his great customer service. This store is always clean and organized with very nice employees. Love Target!! It's my happy place. I especially enjoy this location. The store is clean and for the most part the staff is friendly overall.

Today, I had the pleasure of being checked out by a very kind and polite cashier by the name of Calvin P. He took the time to ensure that my shopping experience was the best. Offering to grab me a cart after I complained about lugging my items to check out. Correcting a price , that the computer missed. He provided world class customer service with a smile!! Thanks Calvin for making my dollar feel much appreciated at your store!! I will definitely be returning in the future.

The biggest and CLEANEST Target that I’ve ever been to! It is so quiet and peaceful! I’ve never been to a Target that was so organized AND stocked up like this one! This is now my favorite Target to go to. Greenbrier Target has NOTHING on this one!!!

This Target is never busy when we go. Most of the time when we checkout, employee Carl is at the register. He is the most helpful and kind employee. This store has great customer service from the front desk to the register.

Fast friendly service, and clerks that went above and beyond to help me search for items. Checkout clerk friendly and kind, was able to recommend product lines that I will try next visit.
