I entered the store and within the first 10 feet a gentleman ask if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he said follow me and took me to what I was looking for and explained the product to me and offered more help if I needed. It was great service

I bought an ink cartridge for my sister’s printer. I knew only the model of the machine. A kind clerk looked up the model and told me which cartridge to buy. Then the adorable guy who checked me out made my day with his kindness and engaging conversation.

The store manager and cashier were very supportive, friendly and accommodating. I appreciated them taking time to assist me in finding the toner and printer cartridge I needed to complete my work. That personal time and patience with me as a customer demonstrated the quality of care offered by OfficeMax employees in taking care of its customers. I will certainly revisit this store for my office supply purchases and encourage my friends to visit this location as well. I appreciate that personal time and attention.

Website is so easy to navigate. My online product that I ordered was ready within minutes and the printshop order that I placed was ready earlier than promised. In the store the clerks were very friendly and helpful!

The Office Max store just off Hull Steet in the Commonwealth Ctr. of Midlothian, had the best customer service I've ever experienced. The Manger greeted us at the door, asked us what we were looking for and walked us right to the items we wanted. The young man at the checkout counter was very courteous, efficient and fast. It was obvious that the Manager had set a high standard of excellence for his team. Impressive!
