Just picked up some paint 🎨 and worked with I believe Mitch. He was very helpful and hospitable

No circling the parking lot, park right in front. Expert help in the store. No need to wander the aisles; they'll get the proper paint, mix it and you'll be on your way! Any questions, they know paint!

Friendly customer service. Excellent products. Price of paint is high, but you're getting what you paid for in terms of coverage and how long it lasts. Price of accessories is actually consistently better than the box stores from what I've seen.

I don't know about all SW stores but I was amazed when I visited the Rowlett store 7429 this week. There were several customers and only one clerk whose name,I believe was Joy. She waited on about 5 of us with astonishing speed and good nature. She never wasted a step as she flitted from one to the other's needs. I was there about 45 minutes but was very impressed with her positive nature and efficiency.

Words can't explain the customer service I received. The manager Kyle and coworkers were quick to resolve an issue I had with some mixed paint. I really appreciate the time and effort they took.

Great customer service. I needed a paint from a specific collection and they had another store loan their color wheel. Really above and beyond. Paint was a perfect match and covered in one coat.

Friendly staff. Quick service and ease of selection. I showed the service counter person a picture of the paint formula and she was able to mix it right up, spot on and save it to my records and not to my previous contractor. This way, we know our paint colors for our home, which is all Sherwin Williams.

THIS particular Sherwin-Williams store in Rowlett is always so helpful. They are ready to help and very friendly. If I need paint, I skip Home Depot and Lowes and come to this store!
