Publix Super Market at Shoppes at RiverTown

This store and staff are amazing! They have great bogo items! I have yet to ask one staff member where to find something that they either told me what isle it was located on, or took me to where it was. The pharmacy has been informative and helpful. The employees are friendly and greet you with a smile. I don't know who does the hiring and training, but they need to be complemented on a job well done. You are providing your customers with great products and tremendous service! Congratulations and thank you!

Publix in Palatka is the greatest. It is clean and feel like family working at it. Always willing to help us.

Nice location and has a salad bar, which is not normal for Publix. Very clean and spacious. Workers were all very helpful and friendly. Make sure to check out the deals up front on clearance and bogos

I used to work for Publix years ago this has got to be one of the biggest stores that I have seen yet it has a lot of merchandise in it Plus it is very clean and the employees are very friendly would definitely go to this Publix to shop

As always a bit overpriced but you can take advantage of digital coupons snd the bogo one sales their fruit is always good and I love that you could return items with no hassles. It’s always clean and the staff are very customer friendly and always willing to help and accommodate you.

Visited here on opening day!. Beautiful store and amazing location. Long overdo for a grocery store in this area. The displays were beautifully presented and the staff were friendly, welcoming and all were as excited as the patrons. We are locals and will be shopping here often.

I just moved out to St Johns county and wow I didn’t think my Publix experience could be upgraded but it has. I visited the Rivertown location tonight and I didn’t get a hand basket. However I noticed they had some items beyond what I came in for that caught my eye. So as I was looking for a hand basket I ran across the Store Manager Shannon who literally RAN across the store to get me a basket. I was blown away that he would even take the time to just show his customers what over exceeding expectations look like. I see why he is the store manager he is a true leader. Showed his employees by actions not words. Kudos to you Shannon!

Great place, they seem to carry a lot of different items types
So things like men's razors.. you won't find many double-edged razors for people that like the old doubled sided razors. But they WILL have something.. for most anything.
