Omg Margaritas customer service is OUTSTANDING! She was so knowledgeable about the products and gave me and my husband insight on brands that we never even considered. While we were in line their sales distributor Alex from the Green House came in and gave us even more information and even bought us some products to educate us on the difference in quality of the products we purchased from the ones they provide. I have never been more impressed by a company. They go above and beyond- clean store, bright and welcoming. Very different from the other shops I have visited and the fact that they care enough to inform you on the product that you’re about to spend your hard earned money on, tells me everything I need to know about this company! Hannah and Margarita are amazing customer service representatives, Smoke Bucks has the best deals on Kratom and CBD products, both have been a real life saver!

All the SmokeBucks locations are great and keep stocked with all the incense and Kratom and kava needs a boy could ever ask for but Chris at this location is super helpful, nice and knowledgeable with anything you may need here

Every other shop (not SmokeBucks Smoke & Vape ) never can provide me with an explanation of their products. However, every time I visit your store, the employees are so knowledgeable.... Thank you for the help, providing real understanding of a certain product, brand, a recommendation to the best option.....

If you have any specific questions about any items in the store, Chris is your guy, he has helped me out multiple times with VERY specific issues with my Puffco and he truly is the Puffco Preacher.

The customer service here is so good that it is the only smoke shop I will give my money to.

I first came here about two months ago. I was trying to find an alternative to quit cigarettes. One of the ladies there really helped me out. I have now been smoke free for about 2 months now. Just went there today and Chris helped me out with a new flavor. He's usually there when I come in and is always helpful. They have good deals and great prices. Really good place!

Went in for something simple, and the employee working, Firas, was super knowledgeable of the products and just kind in general he had no problem at all answer the 100 questions I had. Def would choose again.
