The crew here is always helpful when I return packages. I have quite a lot of returns, due to work, and the staff is always patient and friendly.

1 star for the other man who greeted me with nothing but rudeness and was horrible ! If I didn’t have to get the package out right away I would of for sure left !

This is the Miami UPS Store with the pros! I went to another UPS Store before coming to this one today. The other one had a long wait and the workers suggested I try another store to handle a national account. I’m so glad I found this one! There was no wait. The employees were efficient and kind, even to my infant daughter. They handled my needs with ease. I’ll be back the next time I need to ship a package!

The only ups store I recommend in Miami. Frank, the owner, has an excellent team which have been very helpful on numerous occasions. If you have urgent business this is the only location I would use. I've used many stores and I will tell you that I will drive the extra distance to go to this one.

I've been using their box services for many of years now and I have always had great experiences. Their staff is very friendly. The GM always strives to help customers in a timely manner and everyone is very professional. Tony and Stephanie are two names that I can remember right now and they both do an excellent job. I don't use their shipping methods too often but they can package items for you and are more than willing to help. I would definitely recommend this location for any UPS needs.

Absolutely love this place, I wouldn't survive without them. They provide exceptional customer service, take the time to learn each client by name and greet them accordingly. They are efficient, well organized and always have a smile to offer. Not only do they provide shipping services, but copies, scan documents, printing and binding solutions, notarize documents and much, much more! They are a one-stop-shop for your business needs. Frank and his team will work on something until it looks perfect. I have ordered color printings on card stock and Frank will call me to get it to the best specifications no matter what it takes. And that’s the kind of service you wish you could get everywhere you go. I’m lucky this is my UPS store! I won’t go anywhere else!

I needed to ship an antique cradle from Wausau to Arizona. The cradle has been in my family for generations. Needless to say I was very apprehensive on the shipping details. The UPS Store # 6619 did an exceptional job. Donna provided shipping options and explained all the details. It arrived safe & sound, with no damage to the cradle at all. I went with The Gaylord Cargo Box & pallet, along with tags indicating the contents were fragile & not to stack anything on top of it. The only two issues were from the shipper: UPS put one 2" gash in the side of the box, but it did not go all the way through and the excellent packaging protected the cradle. Also, the shipper did not call to schedule the delivery, but this is certainly no reflection on Donna & her team. I can not say enough good things about the excellent service provided by Donna & her team to protect my precious family heirloom! If I ever need anything shipped from Wisconsin I would make sure that this store handles it, even if it meant driving it from another city to Wausau! I would recommend your team to anyone!

I want to recognize your employee Anthony Trussell at store 1711 in Pinecrest, Florida. Anthony goes above and beyond to satisfy every customer with superb customer service with a big smile and amazing attitude. It is a pleasure to do business at this location mainly due to dealing with him.

Fantastic, joy-filled service. We had a mountain of legal papers to have notarized. Frank took such good care of us. He was patient and funny and made the whole experience enjoyable.

I agree, this is not your typical UPS Store, this is the "best" UPS Store I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I was there on Saturday to return a package. I had forgot to print out the label at home, so your employee Sayli, helped me print the label and get my package sent out. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for all your help!

Have a UPS Store actually closer from my location, but I love coming here, they go way out of their way for customer service and satisfaction.

I have been going to this UPS Store for over a decade. It has always been a pleasure, and the workers are always so helpful.

My go-to UPS store. Initially because it is the closes one to where I live, now because of the great service no matter whether it is simply shipping something out or taking pictures for your passport/visas.

I love to go here it's always nice clean and no waiting on line, Frank is always willing to help and making sure all information are correct, I like the teams of people that work there no issues. Thanks for all you helps.
