The Boca Raton, Home Depot is the place to go when you’re doing any type of renovation store is super clean and well organized. The store manager Mean is extremely helpful and always has a smile on his face. Highly recommended.

I frequently. go to Home Depot often, particularly for plants and trees, and I must say that Tim has been an exceptional help during my visits. His kindness and wealth of information stand out, as he consistently assists me with any questions I have. Even when he doesn't have an immediate answer, he goes the extra mile to research and provide me with the information I need. I am incredibly grateful for his outstanding service, and he truly is an invaluable asset to Home Depot. Tim is amazing!

I went to buy a grill and dainty was fantastic, she help me find a grill in my budget, and it was damaged but with a little negotiation and sympathy , she and her associate micana came together and was determined to make me a happy customer and discounted the originaI cost of the grill!! I was flabbergasted!!!! Thank you ladies I will forever be thankful !!! Merry Christmas!!!

Had a good shopping experience at The Home Depot. Had trouble finding 2 items. Associates were very helpful and showed up right where they were. Also the cashier was very friendly and kept calling me sweetie 😘 :)

The best garden area, clean,organized. Staff needs to be more helpful, don't know where anything is, seems lost, don't even try to help.

Went yesterday, July 10th to purchase a New Toilet for Second bathroom. Danny Assisted Me with choosing the Best One. I ended up purchasing a Delta 2 piece and, Danny suggested that I purchase a better Wax Ring for the bottom of the toilet. I then went over to the Tile Section to get ideas for the Kitchen Backsplash. I picked 2 different Tiles that I liked. When I went to pay, the cashier Stephanie Assisted me and, she made sure that I received Help in someone wheeling the Toilet out and the guy lifted it into my car. I only shop at this Home Depot because I always find an associate to assist me, they are always friendly, helpful, polite, Courteous to me. I went to buy New Grill. Was assisted by Benjamin who was very helpful. I will go back to purchase bbq grill when I have the money and a friendship help

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator here and everything was setup for me. From purchase, to delivery, to installation, and old appliance disposal.

Took me long enough but I am honored to write a glowing review for Steve Gibbs who works in the appliance section. Steve was so thoughtful, so helpful and kind throughout my interaction with him. He treated my wife and I as friends and was honest and welcoming. I felt like I was transported back in time to when everyone actually cared about what they do and had a strong interest in their profession. Steve was able to list ITEM NUMBERS off the top of his head which just showed his knowledge and experience on a whole different level. He gave us excellent suggestions and saved us money on certain deals HD was having at the time. I felt so good leaving the store and felt well taken care of. It has been a handful of months since our interaction and I am still so thankful for the help he gave us. The appliances we purchased are top quality and exactly what we needed. Thank you Steve. You are a good man.

Keith worked with my husband and I on redoing our kitchen. He really helped us design and plan out a kitchen that was better than I could have imagined. He listened to both of us and incorporated our ideas throughout the process. I love my kitchen, thank you Keith!

Ok, so I was at Home Depot in Boca Raton looking for advice along with all the rest of Boca Raton. ( Or at least it seemed that way )
Of course the only had 1 person at the counter. So I got in line behind a number of self centered impatient people.
It was quickly Cindy in the paint Department was very knowledgeable. Cindy took the time with each person to clearly answer their questions and help them.
She called for assistance as the line backed up. It went unanswered for about 20 minutes.
Cindy gave each person there full attention. She was personable, professional and
unflappable.
Her knowledge and assistance was well with the wait.

I love this Home Depot! The staff is so helpful and happy to walk you to whatever it is you're looking for or explain what it is you need to do. The nursery wasn't that well stocked. Anything, I was looking for, they didn't have... but fun fact... the Publix in the same plaza did. In fact, the person working in the nursery didn't know the names of the plants I was asking for.... weird. Other than that, everything was great, and self checkout was much appreciated because we were in a rush and the lines weren't short.

I Stopped by the Store 7/15 and right after I left I felt like I had to make a review of how impressed I was with Laura from the Return/ Customer Service Counter, the level of professionalism of this Lady was out of this world as She helped me out with a tremendous caring, a thing that I haven’t seen in years, for the store she was a good pick, I wish her all the best in her professional Career

Kristin in appliances was very helpful. Patient and knowledgeable. My daughter was working with a budget and with Kristins patience and back and forth with questions she found what my daughter wanted and her delivery is next week.
Highly recommend this helpful person. Great asset to the store.

Rented a van here for two hours and paid $80. Accomplished what could easily have cost double. Vehicle was in excellent condition! Thank you.
