The UPS Store

I mistakenly ordered an item and had it shipped to a former address in Parkland. I contacted the UPS Store and Ravi was extremely helpful! He volunteered to drive over to the home to pick up the package and then ship it to me at my new / correct address. He was very professional and friendly, and especially responsive to my unusual request. Thanks again Ravi!

Thank you very much Ken and the entire UPS team. I shipped an extremely heavy video monitor/art tablet and a lot of oversized art work my son accumulated from Ringling college. I needed delayed shipping and it finally arrived here in NJ on time and unscathed! What professional work in packing these items. I truly thank the team at this location for their courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend this location for all your shipping needs. Thank you!!

Update: Unfortunately after careful inspection after my initial review that video monitor arrived partially damaged. Good thing I took insurance on that device as UPS promptly refunded me the current value of the monitor. I’m still impressed with the service of Ken’s team.

I’ve been in here at least 4 times in the last several months to return Amazon or just to ship a package and I’ve always encountered a professional, smiling, friendly helpful person! I’ve read the review about folks of color and I’ve been next to someone of color and they treated him exactly the way I was treated as a white person. I think it may have to do with the attitude we come in with. If you’re looking for something, your face and attitude will give ya away. Just saying..

My wife and I needed to ship the grandchildren there Christmas gifs, Mia the wonderful young woman who helped us was so helpful. I didn’t have my act together, that’s putting it mildly, but nevertheless Mia like a great customer service person helped in every way. After fumbling through trying to pay with two credit cards we were holding A growing line up. Mia all the go trying to do her best. Having issues with my cards a true Santa came to our help, This Santa’s name was Joanna she says here I’ll take care of that. WOW Mia was awesome customer service and Santa named Joanna made our Christmas. Good by to all and to all this truly was the spirit of Christmas.

Fantastic service! Needed help from a Notary with some documents. We were assisted right away and Kenneth Howard made us feel comfortable and important. Kathy was also polite and helpful. We made some extra copies and were on our way. I will definitely go to this UPS store again -- very pleasant experience.

I had the best customer service experience, Kylie was working by herself and she had about 4 customers by the time I walked in the store, she was friendly, greeted everyone that came in, took care of 5 customers in no time , meanwhile she was friendly, efficient and kind. I always get the best service from her. She makes the process of returning items to Amazon super quick and always in an efficient, quick and courteous matter.
She is a Gem!

Great staff, helpful and professional. Greeting cards at this UPS location are the best. The store is updated, unlike the Washington /morrill location and has plenty of parking. Refreshing to see all women running this one! (Granted, I’ve only been there twice…)

What an absolutely amazing experience I had with this store! I was almost in tears coming in here as I had already been to two other UPS sites and these people went above and beyond to help me solve what to me was, a massive problem and they did it with so much positivity!!! I’m so thankful for this store!!!!

Great customer service! 1st, they saved us $130 in shipping fees to return a large box to Amazon! 2nd, told us to check with Amazon for ways to return that would be cheaper. 3rd, printed 3 pages of shipping documents and didn't charges us even though we didn't use their service. Nice people!!

Staff was friendly, fast, and knowledgable. I already had my package taped up so I can't speak to their packing services but they were very quick at getting a label made for me and provided the cheapest option first (which I appreciate.) I've shipped from this store a handful of times and I've always had a fast, pleasant, experience.

I came in with a bag sloppily filled with Disney souvenirs and some glassware and paid to have it shipped home. When it arrived. Everything had been neatly arranged and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, with everything intact. (A reusable bag was lost and I’m assuming thrown away, but it did look like a temporary trash bag). Great service.

I use the North Tamiami Trail Sarasota UPS Store location for most of my shipping and supplies needs. The staff is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodative. In addition to my UPS needs, this location helps me with my USPS, Fedex, and international shipping needs.

I have visited this location several times, and the service is always friendly and quick. The notary service came in handy, as did their willingness to accommodate lots of printing, scanning and copying. Definitely would recommend.

Had to ship some important electronics and they were very friendly and helpful over the phone when I couldn't be at the store in person. Took my concern over the items being delivered intact seriously and explained all my packaging options.

Great customer service by Mia. Friendly and helpful plus we ran into each outside of work and was still and nice as she was while on the job. Thank you for all your help.
