Ringling College Art Supply & Bookstore

Such amazing service, stocked with all the supplies I needed! I recently went shopping for some art supplies for my freelance and personal work. The bookstore is now under new management since the beginning of 2020 and it was a much needed improvement from the last management (when I was a student). The layout of the store is so much better too, with all sorts of art supplies, and they always seem to be diligent on keeping up with stocks of supplies that students and other artists might need for their classwork and personal projects.

I wanted to try watercolor painting but didn't know where to start in terms of paints and brushes that I would need and that would also be within my budget. The employee there really took her time to help me pick and choose what I needed! I observed the employee assist other customers and was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge of the items available at the store.

Definitely would recommend getting your art supplies from here if you are a student, live close, or just passing by.

Good place to get all the supplies you need, prices are a but higher than other places like Blue Line or Art Systems, but they are good about keeping things in stock when students are required to buy something. They also have Ringling College T-shirts.

They have a extensive range of art supplies. It is a little bit more expensive that Amazon but if you need something rush and don't wanna wait for the delivery you can get pretty much anything you will need.

When we can't find items online the store generally has what we need... Only one issue... The times are odd.. And posted... Sometimes its just closed???

when the store is miraculously open they usually are out of stock of whatever thing i need... like charcoal pencils lol
