The customer service at this Target location was so helpful I needed some sweatpants and they show me right where they were right away thank you so much for helping me when I couldn't find anything

whoever was working customer service on 1/20/24 at 9:15pm he was amazing. i explained that an item i got was missing parts and asked if i could have one put on hold till the next day and he was honest that it wouldnt be a guarantee it would still be there but would put a note on it explaining the reason and it would most likely not be an issue holding it.

Henderson Target (GV & Hor Rdg) is an awesome shopping experience, easy Handicapped pkg, carriages available, returns are always easy and pleasant, workers friendly and helpful, shelves well stocked, store immaculate, very close to home, can't ask for anything more.

Always a pleasure to be in this particular Target as it has just about every you need. Including a Starbucks, electronics, toys, clothing , shoes, purses/wallets, groceries, pet food/cleaning supplies, candles, cards, flowers, plants and more. Always a clean store as well.

Very helpful even though I had to return the item I bought a couple weeks later. There was no problem with the return either. Fast friendly service.

Love Target's Order & Pick Up at Store process. Easy to browse and order. Good communication. Very quick service. Eliminates shipping charges. Sales associates at pick up have consistently been friendly and efficient.

This location is clean and efficient. Workers are telling customers, “Thank you”, “Have a great day” , “Did you find everything okay?”
The store is pretty stocked up with everything such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, clothes, food, etc…
I was having trouble with the Target app and trying to earn my $10 gift card if I buy 3 household items while purchasing my items at self check-out. The Target employee just gave me the $10 gift card! Shout out to her ❤ Very nice lady!

To the wonderful women who helped me here in 9th 2022 this month Michelle and Kari. Thank you ladies for your great customer service and your kindness and for having an understanding. When life gets alil hard you want want come across people like them. Know that there are people out there like them. They did not have to but they did help me greatly. My word to Michelle I would leave and review. You gotta shop at target this target especially. I did not know target will go above and beyond sometimes. This was one of their times and I got to experience it. What a joy......also Kerry as well she helped me when I did not even ask her she did it on her own willingness these ladies are awesome.....

I recently purchased a 50” Flatscreen and ordered online, within 90 minutes I was notified my order was ready to pick up , I drove to Target on Green Valley Pky. And my TV was in my car and I was driving home in 10 minutes…. I’m telling you I’m not sure how they are so fast to get your merchandise out to your car so quickly, I only wish they had a fast food menu, hahaha….. Great job Target!!!!

Best Target in the area but the snack bar is always closed.

We don't go into stores so the curbside pickup works great for us.
We like the app that lets them know we're coming so they're ready for us.
Always employees have a great attitude.
Over all a five-star experience that we have recommended to neighbors and friends.

I shop at my local Targets all the time. For the stuff I need and the stuff I want. Everything is in its place and no crazy changes. Store is clean, and I usually get greeted. I also do online pickup when the day is crazy and I don't want to go in. Love that and I do like the percentage reward when I shop. A little goes a long way.

Great experience! There was an employee cleaning the carts and handing them out as you walked in. Everyone was maintaining social distancing and they were wiping down the counter and check out after every person. Target is really making an effort and it shows!

The speed in which my purchase was handled was mind blowing. The site said it would take 4 hours but my order was fulfilled in less than 30 minutes. Online pickup/curbside is so easy and convenient for those who don't want to browse the store. When I went to the store I picked up my order in 2 minutes. I will definitely use Target online again..
