Came here on a Saturday afternoon to complete TSA pre check and found every single employee here to be so kind and helpful. The process was fast. I had an appt but probably didn't need one. I highly recommend this location!

This location provides sign up for the TSA Pre check. I was helped by Lupe and she answered all of my questions and was super friendly. Her good service made me leave feeling good. THANK YOU!!

My husband and I have received nothing but THE BEST customer service at this store. The team goes above and beyond to assist you in finding what you want/need. I want to especially shout out Store Manager Bryan Hirchfield. He first helped us find comfortable, affordable office chairs. He was knowledgeable about the products and was very patient while we made our decision. About two weeks later, my desktop crashed and I thought all was lost. He saved it and me!!! (He also taught me some things about backing up data and such.) The store is not the closest to us for office supplies, but each experience has been well worth the drive. I also came here to submit my TSA pre-check application. That was also a great experience. My husband and I are happy customers!

The store employees went out of their way to be helpful! The young man at the cash register was extremely helpful with me in making sure my store credits were applied!!

Friendly, helpful staff, the store is clean and they have a good selection of supplies.

I purchased a chair online, easy assembly, but just wasn't comfortable for me. Easy return. Staff (esp. Bryan) went above and beyond to make sure return was processed correctly to my account. Convenience and attention to customer satisfaction is not too common these days, but Staples shines for their customer service.

Wanted to give a shout-out "Thank you" to Clarissa for taking the time coaching me through the docusign process on my Android phone. Could not / would not of been able to figure out the pertinent steps of how to electronically sign docs w/o her help...Yes = it's technology & I still use my AOL email account which proves I'm over 60 ! :(

The staff was super friendly and very helpful im sort of a last minute person and I was still able to get my custom stamp made for my sons birthday party today. Thanks to Laura and her team I’m mommy of the year 😃

I needed a poster done for my business and Office Depot was usually where I went. They ended up being no help, so I tried Staples. I spoke with Scott at the Green Valley/Horizon Ridge Staples. He was great, friendly, and got it done the same day for me. The other associates were all very friendly as well. I will definitely be going back for future projects/needs for my business!

Scott Davis at this location is incredible to work with! He is super friendly and knowledgeable. I love how he is able to turn my vision into a reality. They have done several of our Toys4dogs projects and the most recent one they knocked it out of the park. Scott was super sweet and made sure to get these on time. The quality is amazing and it seems as if they look through the items before they give them to us. I really appreciate him going above and beyond and helping make these look gorgeous!

I came here on a whim looking for a combination lock for a locker at the gym I joined, and first I walked around looking for it myself without much success and then a very nice gentleman saw me looking lost and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he stopped what he was doing, made me a priority, and walked me to the locks where they had exactly what I was looking for.

The cashier asked if I was a rewards member but didn't pressure me to join, and even asked if I wanted a receipt or not which is nice because I generally despise all the receipts I'm handed at stores.

It was a great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful and I was in and out in a flash with exactly what I needed.

Great experience front to back. I ordered some biz cards and compared to a national company Staples was over 50% cheaper and I got them the same day.

I visited the Henderson, Nevada store at 675 S Green Valley on 1/11/22 at the end of the night. I received amazing customer service from 2 employees: Derek and Teddi. Usually when you go to a store at closing you can tell everyone wants to leave, but these 2 went above and beyond with their customer service without ever trying to rush me or make me feel uncomfortable for being the last customer of the night. They were so friendly! I am fairly a new customer to Staples and this definitely won't be my last time especially at this location!

I've been going here basically since it opened. As with any Staples, it's the kind of place you go into and leave with more than you intended. But what really made my last trip was the cashier Britney. She was super nice and funny and really made me feel welcome in the store. I can't wait to come back and buy more than I intended.

I like the way the products are arranged, and can always count on finding what I want at Staples!

We received absolutely amazing customer service from Tanisha!! That lady deserves a raise!! I’ve never ever felt so taken care of at a Staples. I live 30 minutes away and I will always drive there instead of the one closer!!
