What an amazing store and even better customer service! Jacob was amazing! Went above and beyond to assist me with all my battery issues. The manager was very helpful in helping me find the car battery I was looking for and also with replacing my car battery with the new one I purchased. Super friendly and efficient service. I believe his name was George. He was the only one working that morning but made sure to attend to all the customers while taking care of my battery install. All in all, outstanding customer service. I will be returning to this store for anything else I may need for my vehicle.

Monte was SUPER helpful and even helped me find the oil cap that dropped down inside the car. He was juggling several customers at the same time and was friendly and attentive to all. Excellent!

Stopped by to get a battery diagnostics run and the staff was super helpful and friendly despite the fact that the store was very busy at the time. I was able to get the dead battery switched out in no time thanks to the super helpful employees. Will definitely be my go-to auto parts store in the future.

After moving to Durham from Tennessee my car battery decided to die the very next day. Thankfully I was able to get it to AutoZone and José tested then replaced the battery within 15 minutes. Grateful for businesses that take care of their customers!

I accidentally locked the keys in my car. Deron, Marquise, and Tony went above and beyond to make sure i got in my car after a long day of work. Did i mention they were cute? Please give them promotions! Pay them more! This is the only autozone in durham i feel comfortable coming to because people like them make me feel safe.

Excellent service! I needed a new battery for my car and I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Luke. He did an awesome job and gave me some good information about my cars battery. If you go there i highly recommend asking for him.

I love the service at this store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately.Dee was extremely helpful, I came into the store to get oil for my car he pointed me into the right direction. Giving me knowledge about the kind of oil i need to put inside my car since my car has high mileage. Amongst other things that was needed for my car the service was awesome.
