My experience here today was great. I came in with a request I wasn't sure about and was not only given several options on how I could get my drink, but both Paris and Keimauri went above and beyond with friendliness and service. These young ladies gave phenomenal service and deserves
recognition for their efforts.

I patronize this and many other Starbucks locations and have NEVER observed any "racial bias". So, you just happened to be standing in front of store with protest signs? And, if you were so peaceful and non confrontational, why did you just not leave the first time you were asked. I'm all for civil rights, but am sick of EVERYTHING being "racism". Everyone who pays attention knows that Starbucks is one of the most benevolent, charitable and equitable companies on the planet. If you were not given a "green stopper" or told "thank you" let's stop with the racist accusations and maybe chalk it up to human behavior or misbehavior and talk to management about lackluster service... just stop seeing racism everywhere. If that's what you're always seeking, certainly that's what you will see.

Not the quietest of locations, but not noticably bad. There's outlets if you want to do some studying and it's a convenient location when buying groceries.
