The UPS Store

Went in for an Amazon return. I had never done this before.The gentleman working, Michael, went above and beyond to patiently walk me through the process. The stellar service I received is rare these days. I am impressed.

First time in store.. just days before Christmas.. line moved quickly. I was greeted as I came up to counter. The man was very kind.. and assertive. Explained in detail my shipping options.. he was also very patient.. I was treated the way all should treat one another… But it’s not like that everywhere. So that is how remember my visit there! I will defiantly be back!

I stop by this store more than I should admit due to the sheer number of returns I have to deal with.

Most of the employees are very helpful and friendly (there is one who usually has a bit of a sour attitude, but he hasn't been working at the desk the last few times I've been in).

I can get in and out quickly most of the time. I make sure to have all of my labels ready, which makes a difference.

I'm very thankful to have such an efficient UPS location.

Well, I have been working on a project and needed some printing and editing done.
Stephen is the employee who takes my orders and does s fantastic job every time!
His suggestions are very helpful as well.
I have every confidence that whatever I need something done, he will take care of it as quickly as he can and will excel at it, too!

Michael and Alex are very nice and professional as well!

I frequently stop by here to ship things, and the employees are always very nice and helpful.

Sometimes there is a bit of a line, but they work through it pretty quickly.

It's very easy to be able to return Amazon items here. You just show them a QR code and bring in the item. They package it for you.

I'm so glad there is such a friendly and efficient business to ship items fast!

I can't say enough kind words about the employees at this location! They have always helped me with printing my digital sketches and are always focused on their quality...they come out beautiful every time! When you go into the store you are treated like a friend and that kind of customer service goes a long way!

Some of the greatest people. They've help design and redesign my menu numerous times. They complete every order in a timely manner. Highly recommend. ( And the owners wife is cute)

I go here every single day to ship for my step-dad's business. The workers are always super friendly and they do their best to make everyone's shipping process quick and easy.

I am not all that excited about shipping packages, and through UPS. But, UPS Store Spindale, thank you for making my life super easy, when I am shipping packages. When I have to ship packages, its only through UPS Spindale.
