I wanna give a special shout out to Tadhg (hope I spelled that right)! He was super helpful and friendly, which I appreciated so much. I also work in a customer service oriented job, so I can tell when someone genuinely cares and goes above and beyond! The other young man working there was nice as well from what I witnessed waiting in line.

Outstanding customer service yesterday! Needed several electronic files changed to a different format. This store helped me to email them the files, they made the changes, and emailed those changed files back to me. Customer service representative De did a great job! Thanks guys.

My husband and I went in for fingerprinting for a visa, and were helped by THE nicest, most patient employee, William! He seriously couldn't have been more helpful!! We were greatly appreciative!

Had to ship 63 pounds of coins to prank the Dwight to my Jim and was fully taken care of by De.

Got it boxed up, securely packaged, insured, and sent off without a hassle.

I had over 200 pages of medical documents I needed converted to a PDF and this store really took care of me. Another UPS store in Holly Springs next to Lowes Foods was trying to charge me ¢99 a page. Just to have them scanned on my own hard drive. I called this store up just to make sure UPS ain’t really out here bending everybody over a barrel just to have some docs scanned, and they told me “other store is not affiliated” and said to “cmon down.”
Great job, great service, even better prices.

Impeccable customer service! I have been a customer at this location for over 8 years. Even though there are closer stores, I drive to this one because I know they have always and will continue to do the job right. De is the best, the employees seem to enjoy working with each other and work well together. It is a joy to go to this location. Owner, Steve, is also extremely friendly, always recognizes and thanks customers for their business, and has clearly fostered a great work environment. Well done!

Just wanted to share my experience.
I went to the Cary location this afternoon carrying in a very large box! A young guy asked me to come to his part of the desk. I show him the return label and he replies “Oh no, so I can’t take this unfortunately because it goes to Fed Ex and this is UPS but I can carry it back to your car for you”. I thought it was so sweet and excellent costumer service. Definitely worth a shout out!

Ty and Dee at Cary UPS are amazing! Mailed 2 boxes to granddaughters in NM who only have po box. Thet helped me find least expensive way to ship. 5 stars for helpfulness and patience!

I've been here 5-10 times in the last 6 months and every time the personnel are so positive, upbeat, and helpful, regardless of the service needed. They always leave me happy and satisfied. I can't remember all their names, but today Brad helped me print some passport photos and other docs for me and like all the other employees there, he was super nice and happy to help me. The friendly vibe they have going is awesome!

Walked in and was immediately greeted despite how busy it was. The man behind the counter knew exactly what he was doing and got my item packaged and ready to ship in under 3 minutes! Made a mundane task enjoyable with how quick and easy it was. Clean store and friendly employees!

Just shipped my christmas baked goods to family all across the country and the staff here were lovely and helpful! They kept their holiday good cheer during what I am sure is the busiest time of the season. The woman who helped me ship almost ten packages of baked goods also helped reduce packaging for me so that the shipping wasn't as expensive as it could have been. They also had a bunch of my addresses saved from when I shipped to family from last year, which made the experience a lot more expedient. Holiday errands can be really stressful, but the staff here made things so much easier and made a chore a positive holiday experience. Will definitely use them for my holiday shipping each season.

I've been shipping and having them pack items at this store since it opened. I've never had any problems. The oddball motorcycle parts that they have packed and shipped have all arrived in perfect condition. I recently moved and there is another UPS store closer to my new home, but it's worth the drive back here to be sure I get great service.

Updated review: Apparently these UPS shops are independent from UPS the company. UPS the company lost my package and are not communicating well with these local UPS shop owners. I have now contacted the owner of this local shop and they are making fire under UPS the company to get my claim resolved. Given what I now know and the support Dee as the local agent of this UPS store is giving me; I can confidently say this local store is five star, But UPS the global company leaves a lot to be desired!

These guys were great! I was in a hurry to get the package out at the end of the day. I walked in just before closing time and I was still greeted warmly with a big smile. They really took care of the whole process for me as I hardly had to do anything! I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Literally. Brad, in particular was awesome! Keep up the great work guys!

I walked into the store about 15 min prior to closing on a Monday needing to send out 2 packages. The first package was super easy, as it was prepaid. However, the second package was to be sent to Canada, which admittedly takes some more line item entry. After several attempts at entering the information the package was unable to be sent. With the store about to close the gentleman at the counter retained the package and was to follow up the next day. The following day I received a call from this UPS store and we were able to secure the shipment of the package with the cost to be covered by the store for the delay. I am extremely impressed with the customer service offered at this UPS location and the attention the store offered to my need in shipping. I will definitely recommend this location to others for their shipping needs.

I needed a few things notarized as well as some documents printed off from my email. The store was not only most helpful but acted in a quick and polite manor. I even witnessed one of them running to the door to help a customer bring in a large box that they were having trouble carrying the box inside. Great place to do business!

Steve helped us finally get our electronic piano to our son in DC. The electronics can damage easily if banged around during a move. So for years we had thought about it but never got it done.
After explaining what we needed, Steve suggested he come by our home and get accurate measurements and let us know how he could help.
He couldn’t possibly be a nicer guy! And came up with the idea that he would personally pack and drive the piano to DC, because he was concerned it would be damaged otherwise. Two days later he drove it there, a 10 hour round trip, helped my son move it up to his apartment and made sure it was in good working order.
So glad we met such a nice guy and would highly recommend him and his store.
