They have a restroom and let people use it. Plus the cashier was chill. So 5 stars

Went in the middle of the afternoon. Basic convenience store, nothing fancy. They have reasonably priced stuff and headache medicine. Close to hotels and stuff so it was a quick walk. Had what we needed.

They do not have gas pumps, their listing is incorrect. I love Scotchman stores, but this one does not have gas.

I used to shop at Scotchman on State but not anymore. I was waiting patiently in line behind a customer that was paying for a money order. This took several
minutes. When a Scotchman associate finally opened another register, she took a
customer behind me. I am not impressed with her customer service. She needs to be more efficient and aware of her customers instead of being in her own "world". I have seen this same female associate on her phone when she should be attending to her customers. If I can avoid going there again, I will.

Had what I wanted, but this place is DIRTY!

Honestly it wild how they can close before 9:00pm for “staffing issues”. Pathetic to say the least

I was literally 100’ from the door. There was an employee standing outside cleaning the glass ( kudos to them) when that employee turned around and saw someone approaching? They stopped cleaning ran inside and locked the doors. 30 minutes later still locked.

MOST DEFINITELY WILL NEVER COME BACK INSIDE THIS STORE POOR VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CASHIERS AND MANAGEMENT IS RIDICULOUS THE WAY THEY ACT TOWARDS CUSTOMERS IS VERY AWFUL I DIDNT FELT WELCOME. YOUNG WOMAN WITH A RED SHIRT AND A YOUNG WOMAN WITH A BLUE SHIRT BOTH AFRICAN AMERICAN JUST TALKING ABOUT NON JOB RELATED SITUATION AND CURSING, LONG LINES. STORE IS DIRTY AND SMELL AWFUL. I mist definitely hate this trip to the store on my visit out of town. I'm from north Carolina and our store customer service would never act the way this store is run. I hope it gets better.

The service is horrible, the cashiers are so rude, on the phone, boyfriends hanging around constantly, homeless people and crackheads. Long lines…ghetto as can be in a nice area. I say this having been there dozens of times working in the area, Its always the worst and I try not to go ever., even if I’m in dire need. Horrible place, I’ve even pulled my car up and parked, looked at the scene and drove away.

The thing that really makes this store bad is lunch time it's the worst time cause only 1 girl be on the register the other no where to be found or in the back on the phone. Today the line was to the back of the store. If they could work together to get people in and out then take a break that would be awesome. It's near by a good place to buy but the inconvenience stands out more then a convenience store. Its saddening.
