Dollar General

I would just like whomever comes across this review to know that the customer service is great. The lady that attended to me today was extremely patient when the system wasn’t working. I feel welcomed when I come inside this store and that alone goes a long way. Thank y’all for y’all’s service especially the lady that helped me out at the register. ✨

Even though my issue is with dollar general digital coupon not working. The manager Angela did a terrific job helping me out I always complain about the coupon not working and she went over and beyond to help me out and took the time to actually listen to my complaint overall dg deserve a 2 I will do a 5 star because of great customer service.

The Dollar General Store is easy to access small but has a lot of products. It is not a dollar store like the 99 cent store or Dollar Tree. They have a lot of low prices and store brands, but don't expect everything to be a dollar. The people that work there are helpful and friendly. Josh is definitely a hard worker.

Danielle is a great associate. She has great customer service skills, and she is always smiling, making it contagious. Handles pressure very well with no help within reach.

Friendly employees and a great place to find cards-especially those with a Christian theme! Prices are very inexpensive which is why I shop there because I mail a LOT of cards-sending hugs through snail mail:)

This is awesome place to shop. The whole team of associates are the most helpful and friendly Dollar General employees I have seen. Good job to the manager there.
