I am currently still sitting in the store and hurried to write this review before I forgot, because I love to give credit when it’s due. I’ve been in here for 3 hours and could have saved so much more time using the Walgreens app to do what I needed 😂 but that’s all my fault. However a young man Benjamin informed me of the app and I still somehow downloaded the wrong one , again my fault lol. Everyone here that I encountered were beyond exceptional another young man by the name makel I’m sure I spelled it wrong stayed with me to ensure my issues that could be resolved by the store manager were addressed and serviced. ALSO STORE MANAGER mark on his way out to leave for the day he made sure to request to his associate to expedite me once their store got my order considering I’ve been in there 3 hours..ANOTHER GREAT OBSERVATION FROM MARK was that i love to see managers working alongside the associates when there’s so much traffic. As I say there and watched every customer get serviced the customer service was great and they took care of everyone efficiently. If I have to drive across town again to get this service I will everytime THANKS AGAIN TO THIS STORE

I recently went to Walgreens to purchase tobacco products. The cigarettes I was looking for were not in stock at the front by the register. The sweetest employee named Crystal, went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service, and took the time to go check the back stock area, and was able to find a carton of my cigarettes. I Have NEVER had any employee at this location even offer to check the back for my product when it’s not stocked up front. This location needs more employees like Crystal who genuinely care about their job and their customers. Thank you Crystal for your help!

Customer service was excellent. We noticed a price tag wasn’t where it should be on some wine and Crystal was right there to help us. She even checked us out when we made our way out of the store. A lot of help and made our day.

Great place for quick shopping. Sales are usually good, but items run out quickly. Staff always willing to assist you. Friendly
