Raley Scrubs at Saint Francis

I was tasked with finding new scrubs for our office team with specific requirements on color, style, and shape. I was trying to find solutions on my own when I went inside Raley Scrubs. I walked in and was greeted with a huge smile and a willingness to help. I had a negative previous experience at another local scrub store and admittedly I was pretty reluctant to communicate my specific needs. I did however let them know what I was looking for and how many employees I needed to fit (over 20). They said that Julie Horgan is a part of their group sales department and would be able to help. They took my info and the very next day she reached out to me. Julie was incredibly kind, caring, and accommodating! She was willing to bring different styles to my office in all sizes to have my staff try on whatever sizes they needed. She supplied order forms and was able to leave the scrubs at our office so everyone would be able to try them on in between patient care time. This was the most positive experience I have ever had regarding scrubs and I could not recommend this company enough to anyone that wants EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you, Julie!!

I never post reviews but man, Raleys scrubs are amazing!! I had accidentally gotten a 3XL instead of a XL and didn’t notice till the DAY OF WORK!! Talk about a nightmare; but Kelly and Diane came through and came to the store before open to exchange pants. This is customer service I have NEVER received before! Thank you so much.

Very excellent service, I went to this store for my first time and they had everything that I needed in stock all I had to do was send my shirts to get monogrammed and they told me it would take up to 4 days but I was rushing to get them at least by my start date and Mrs. Kelly was able to get them ready before my start date. She did the upmost for me and thanks to her I'm going to be able to wear my scrubs on my first day of work. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

I really like the Raley's on 16th and Yale, but the woman who worked at the Saint Francis site today was extremely rude and our entire group was ordering jackets for our pinning. There's just no reason for that.
The owner contacted me to correct this experience. It made me feel like they really do care about their customers! He was absolutely concerned about us and expressed his empathy for our situation. Raley's made it right and that's the best kind of business anyone could ask for!

Amazing at EVERYTHING., From customer service, to packaging your clothing pieces and giving their customers a cursity call. You don't find that type of customer service these days but when you do... You have to really be appreciative of it.

Best place to get your scrubs! I went in not knowing what I wanted and Yvette took the time to help me pick out 3 pairs of scrubs and they’re all a perfect fit, extremely fashionable, and cozy! Thank you Raley’s and Yvette! I’ll always come here for my scrubs!

I had went to another local uniform shop and they treated me like I was interrupting their social hour and very rude and just tried to pawn off a color and size that was not even close to what I needed. I decided to try Raley's and the lady that helped me was so nice and helpful. I will now only buy my scrubs from Raley's.
