Extremely good genuine people work here. Thank you to the Employee who stayed and waited for my husband right at closing despite all the obstacles he faced on his way there. There’s not many people who would wait an extra minute or two, most people are bolting out of work and we did not get this gentleman’s name but he truly helped us in a make or break situation tonight and we are grateful. Will definitely be using O’Reilly as our first choice in any need going forward. Outstanding customer service!!!

Very rarely do I need to go to advance auto parts for anything. After I make o'rielys my first time the usually have anything I need if they don't it's not because they don't carry it but because it needs to be ordered

O'Reilly's Easley, SC was my only store for several years. Drove back and forth for two years before I stopped in the Seneca store. I like it. My parts are damned sure better than the online coin toss parts.

Went in and what I needed they did not have but they ordered it and it was there the next day to pick up

Love the fact that the tool rentals are technically free

Stopped in because I had at least one bad battery in my F350. After checking that they had replacement batteries, bought them and started to take the old ones out. Found out I didn't have all the tools I needed. They let me borrow some. They were very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. They even asked to make sure the new batteries solved my issue. This is definitely the place to go for help and parts.

Great prices and friendly workers who make you feel at ease and make you feel like their there for you and don't mind. They have a rewards program which l like very much.

They always help me out as best they can. It's like stopping at a friend's place when I go.

People always make sure you find what you need and if you are unsure often if you tell them what it's for they will always find away to make it work out for you.

I went to a couple of places in one I was totally ignored (I guess a 67 year old woman isn't supposed to shop for parts)in the other one the young guy acted like he was bored out of his mind because he had to see what I wanted, so I left and went to Orieleys.The fellow who waited on me was so nice and really listened to what I needed. He helped me with the right part.After working on cars with my Dad I know what I needed so next time a lady comes in to get parts you younger fellows remember we know as much as you if not more.Thank you nice guy at Orieleys from my heart.Some body gave you a nice tip you weren't expecting. They went well above and beyond customer service I'm in a wheelchair my belt broke way home from hospital. And Zack came out and changed the belt for me really helpful I give this place five stars

I had to replace radiator on my car and John went out of his way to make sure part is compatible with my car. Amazing customer service!

This place has a knowledable staff. That alone is great. Their prices are comparible with the other auto parts places. The quality of the parts is something I've never had a problem with.

Came by and was surprised with the help that I received. Shane was superb in assisting me with they headlight swap.
