The GM was working in the print department, and altho they were very busy she still took the time to make sure everything I needed done got done and was done in a timely manner. I have never seen her before, but now I know why I love this particular staples. Way to go!!!

After experiencing some issues printing from email, Jake at the copy center was kind enough to loan me his personal USB drive so I could transfer files from my laptop to the copier. Excellent, professional customer service.
