The have the best customer service around always very friendly and since I live just up the street from Joe Bob's I have made some friends and even get to see friends of my daughter that have started working there. I give them a 10/10 keep up the great work guys.

Family style atmosphere

We stopped in there today to get some fuel for the jet ski and hot dogs and chips as one of our party remained at the pump and we remained inside the store at the register we asked the cashier if she could turn the pump on(the ski was new and we wasnt certain how much it would take) while we remained inside the store she said no because she wasnt sure we could pay for the fuel and that it comes out of her check she judged us by our lake dress clothes little did she know we own a local business we had more than enough money to pay the bill we were truly insulted by the discrimination she was exhibiting if she would have said I'm sorry it policy that we have to hold a credit card or something of that nature we would have gladly complied we then told her we would be contacting the manager and corporate she then continued to be argumentative while bringing up other customers we told her to just pay attention to her other customers we would be dealing with her bosses when the ski filled up she was hitting the buttons hard on the register and was extremely rude because she was called out about the comments will not be going back there we do not have to go to a place that will allow their cashiers to insult and judge who can and cant payspart is we stood at the register the whole time just waiting for the ski to fill up we never asked her to turn the pump on while we were outside
