Brookshire's

Brookshire’s is a place where customer service is a big part of its history. And it is still alive and well in Sulphur Springs, Texas. When I need a cut of beef, this is where I go. I bought a standing rib roast for Christmas and I was not disappointed. It tasted like beef is supposed to taste. I buy my beef products here. They have great selections of everything. And the customer service cannot be beat. If you haven’t shopped at Brookshires…. you need to try this store. It’s a great place to shop at.

Best experience ever! Asked by three employees that were stocking or straightening on different aisles “how my day was going”! The lady at the register had the most positive upbeat attitude ever. Congratulations Brookshire’s Sulphur Springs Texas! Great job!

A little pricier than other “big box” stores but, the store is very clean, foods are neatly displayed and the meats, fruits and veggies are beautiful and well arranged. Personalized, friendly checkout with super carry out service.

Only 3 blocks from my house and sales are great. If you're in need of soda, they're always a very good sale here in the store.

Clean store friendly employees, and fully stocked. You got to like Tuesday & Thursdays getting that Sr. citizens discount. Every penny counts

Went for two items...Dr. Pepper was on sale, and cat food because of the points offered toward gas prices. The SS store is always clean and has a much wider selection of products over the MV store. Although I checked my own items, a young man still offered to take my heavily loaded buggy out and place my items in the car. The employees who do this always have a great attitude and are very caring!

Love this place. Most all is very nice.

This store has the best produce and meat market!

We just picked up a birthday cake for our granddaughter….what an amazing job this bakery did on the cake! Hays off the the decorator who went above and beyond

I love coming to my hometown and shopping here. The staff is friendly as always and it's great to come back home and see friendly faces and get great service. They have all sorts of different groceries that you don't always see. Plus it's nice to get a change from going to a big name chain.

I love the curbside pick up option, being disabled pushing a buggy full of groceries is hard on my body, the curbside option saves a lot of pain from happening. I would highly recommend that service.

Store was clean and organized. Employee were helpfully and took my grocery to my truck. With my Thank you cats I saved 8 percent on my bill

I LOVE BROOKSHIRE, ❤ Warning the changes to the pharmacy could be dangerous they totally messed up my prescription, be EXSTREMLY CAREFUL.
They clame no changes Bull,if you a senior double check everything before you leave,

Nice store to go to but the so called drive thru to pick up your medicine it is not a good thing to have it ain't no drive thru

Food is always as fresh as can be. Great selection of pretty much everything.

All the registers are usually manned and I Never have a hard time getting in/out.

And from what I can tell they're the only place In this town with an actual fresh seafood selection. And carry a nice selection of specialty cheeses. They're the only place I can find that actually sells flavored cheese curds.

Went there for a little bit of grocery shopping, but mostly snacks. Sweet tea, chips, and some meats. I hadn't explored this one as much as the one in Greenville, given family works at the other, but on this trip I got to see more of it. Not as big, but it certainly felt more modern and cleanly. Everyone wore their masks, at least in the employees case, and there were ample sanitizing wipes for the buggy. It was certainly more welcoming. Not one but two associates offered to help us take our groceries out, and they even helped us put them away. (My only complaint was a customer who rudely forced herself in front of me, talking on her phone all the while.)

I do t shop here often because I live closer to Walmart but I ran in to get so.e stuff today and they have the greatest staff! The store Manger walked me out to my car so I didnt have to bring my cart back! Great customer service!
