drove from Paris to get a live Christmas tree. The folks in the outdoor garden were so friendly, I felt like I was being helped by my family. Big thanks to them for the smiles and laughs we shared.

We had a terrible time at Walmart and headed over to Lowe's completely drained. We visited to have a key made and Melissa made our entire experience a joy and helped us recover from our time at Walmart. She's so genuine and a great asset to Lowe's.

Very friendly staff, makes or breaks these big box stores and the workers here are excellent. Convenient store to pick up all of your building/construction needs.

After a terrible experience with the home depot in Paris we drove from Paris to Sulphur springs for a fridge. Laramie - appliance specialist along with Alvaro and Johnathan made the process so smooth and easy. Don't waste you time with home depot make the drive to lowes in Sulphur springs, Tx

Let me tell you! Shout out to Randy sale associate, and Becca customer service for a fantastic experience. Randy helped me get everything I needed for my grill and helped me with trying the Lowe's credit card. They went above and beyond and gave me great customer service!

They had all the bulbs I was looking for in the garden section and my daughter and I had fun in the fall and Christmas decoration sections (the employees had fun encouraging her to press all the “try me” buttons on the movable statues.

So, I went here today to get my husband’s angle grinder exchanged as the old one quit working. I couldn’t get help form any nearby store, and the manager here was so nice and amazing! He switched it out for me, and now my husband has the tool he needs to get his job done today. I’m so thankful and appreciative. We will be coming here for anything we need from now on.

I wanted to order an item for my husband that was not available at our local Lowe's store. The closest store was the one in Sulphur Springs and they only showed one available. I called the store and the young lady that helped me verified that it was definitely there and even took it to the pick up area since I was ordering right then. I arrived at the store and everyone was so helpful and genuinely happy. Two gentlemen even loaded up everything and I didn't have to wait. I wish our local store showed as much enthusiasm when it comes to customer service. It was definitely worth driving 70 miles round trip to make a special purchase for my husband.

Always have Everything I want. Customer Service is exceptional! We do tons of work with them and if you go overboard with items they are great with returns. We usually just buy more stuff lol. Spring is a great time of year to shop at Lowe's!! We buy everything from plants, lighting, wood for the deck, stain.. they are just amazing. Always answer questions and always sell great quality products. My tomatoes are already coming up in bumper crops 😁
