Whataburger

We walked in and were greeted as soon as we came to the door. Place was clean and neat. All staff members kept busy. Which is good to see. The floor was being swept, picking up what little debris there might be on the floors. We also noticed the manager coming out frequently and touching base with the people at the registers, which we thought , was very well-managed. And something that is good to see.

This was a clean location inside and out.

Ordering for dine in through the app was simple and quick.

At the counter we were greeted by friendly people. They were smiling and polite. They were ready for us.

The food, as always, was served quickly, hot, and fresh. All had good flavor. I love the spicy ketchup.

During down time the dining attendant was cleaning. Good to see people keeping the area clean and safe for all.

We will return when in the area.

This is the cleanest and nicest Whataburger that I have been to in a while. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Like to hit up Whatburger when we come back to the Lone Star state. This locations service is superb. The food was great as always, but when I left I honestly felt like the people at Whtaburger wanted me there and appreciated my business. This kind of kindness and service is what makes me remember a place and drive out of my way to visit.... thanks. ... ps, if you haven't tried the breakfast burger, do so, you won't regret it.

Convenient location and hours for late night I30 travelers like us. Whataburger has the best burgers around and this location is a very well managed example of Whataburger at their best. I like that you can order your Whataburger bunless and they don't look at you like you're crazy. They actually have a system set up for it involving a tray and utensils. Sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference.

Ordered the new Blue Cheese Bacon Burger. Large burger. Sack felt heavier than the typical burger. Liked the burger, fries and iced tea.

It's 1:45 am 12/29/2023 and im otw to virginia so i decided to get whataburger one last time before i couldn't. I'm from texas so ive eaten a lot of whataburger in my time. I like to think i pay attention to detail and im somewhat of a connoisseur. So believe me when i say this was by far the best whataburger ive ever eaten at. I got an avocado bacon burger with no onions and a medium fry. Everything was done perfect and it seemed that whoever was working takes pride in their work. Im often disappointed with other whataburgers but this one left me satisfied.

Always clean with great food and great staff. This is a well ran restaurant!

My wife and I stop at Whataburger in Sulphur Springs almost every Wednesday after church, we stopped on Wednesday night 6/21/23, ordered our meal and sat down. We waited and waited and waited, everyone else was getting there orders while we was waiting. after 20 minutes, I walked to the counter and asked what happened to our order, it was number 57 (110163). they said they did not have that number. I said here is my receipt, just give me my money back. The manager was in front of me in a heartbeat, she began apoligizing in a very sweet manner and returned my money; then said please wait just a moment and they brought our order to us, Free of charge. Mistakes happen and that manager did not have to do that, but she did, and My wife and I was in awe. That manager and her staff treated us like we was the only customers in the place. It's hard to find good management these days, but this was an exception, not just because we got a free meal, but the speed and courtious way it was handled by that manager and her crew. We will continue to stop at our Whataburger on Wednesday Nights.Thank you so much.

This was my first time visiting the restaurant. I had the # 1 burger. It was so big! It was delicious. The service the great an I was impressed that they walked around an offered items on their tray they were carrying. Great service. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Can't wait for one to come to Hot Springs Arkansas.

It has been over a month since I have had Whataburger it was good

We had lunch in Sulphur Springs. I was very surprised to see how friendly people were. This is what you call true southern hospitality!

Very good is better quality than the other fast food and a little more pricey but very good
